When I finally after 12 years went on anti depressants.. world of change in about 3/4 days. It’s a tough as heck thing the feel all the time. I started finally sleeping after taking the meds. Low dose. I stopped having nightmares that I’ve had for 10 years. I feel like I’m less agitated and have a little better outlook.

I know it sounds stupid man but you just have to keep calm and putting in the work to make self improvement. At least that's what everyone been telling me for the last twenty or so years. Some days are better than others. The bad days it feels like I've never done anything right. The good days I just don't think about it much.

i take Mirtazapine which is an antidepressant that also treats insomnia and a lack of appetite. it knocks me ass out until 9 am
