Ah yes... the Blaze Phoenix... before I used Chain Material + Fusion Gate for this. While difficult, I was able to also pull this off as an ftk because I ran Bubbleman and Bubble Illusion ... but its very unreliable yours look way more consistent

There are many cards that deserve to be banned, this is one of em. Also cosmic blazer, skull guardian, runick fountain
Blazar isn't the issue tho, it's cards that let it be cheated out.
Don't expect skull guardian or fountain to be banned, they never banned anything that will totally kill a whole deck
Blazar could be limited though
