@@FacilityD20 like all the best nuggets, it's occasionally hinted but not confirmed. Or perhaps the long history of the Imperium and it's multifarious schemes gave rise to the entity known as Kairos - who's to say?
Yeah, I think the Imperium got Tzeentched. Even the meaning is basically the same; one head only perceives the past, while the other only perceives the future.

That was great. Only thing I'd add is grabbing some bolts and screwing them into the bottom. Adds a bit of extra weight (though with the caulk you might not need it).

The two heads of the Aquilla ( one head with an eye, the other blinded) may represent many aspects; the union of Mars and Terra, the dicotomy of the Emperor's great plan to see a human future succeed while blind to the failings of the past, and even the link between the imperium and chaos , order and disorder, blind faith and vision to see the truths beyond.

I'm amazed that the spray worked, if you haven't sealed the Styrofoam well, the propellant in most rattle cans will liquify Styrofoam, and not in a good way!
As for the Aquilla, two heads represent the two 'empires' within the Imperium, that of Mars and Terra, at least that's what I recall.

it's looking at the past and the future. the one looking left (the past) has no eye as the Imperium is supposed to only focus on the future and where there headed.
I believe that is part of the lore around it as well yes.

One Head looks whit a open eye in to the past. One Head is blind and looks into the future.

@@FacilityD20 yes at least in the past, the lore has been retcon so much that I have no idea what is still current.
If you look at the original artwork of the Aquila, he only has one eye on the left. The eagle looks to the past and the time before the fall of the Imerrator and is blinded to the future. All progress, all innovation must be prevented so that humanity never moves away from the Emperor while he sits silently half-dead on the Golden Throne. .... It represents that humanity will never be allowed to evolve in a future without the Emperor. Because then the empire would no longer exist.

Are the caulk and the modge podge steps both needed? I feel like they are achieving the same thing.
The truck bed costing will melt the Styrofoam by itself. The caulking adds depth to the texture and the mod podge just hardness the surface a little, you might get away without using it.

I did something similar but used Woodglue mixed with water as a base coat.
