Ladies and gentlemen, it is fantastic to have you back here, in Hawaii, on top of Kilauea for part 18 of forging a ring of power in a volcano!

“You may recall in the previous episodes we forged the three rings for the elves, 7 for the dwarf-lords, and 9 for the Kings of Men. But today we have something truly special for you.
Now as it turns out creating one ring that’s actually capable of ruling all the others is a bit tricky... this is actually our third attempt at a ring of power after the other two were unable to withstand the fires of mount doom (Kilauea)”

So I've been wanting to get into making my own knives at home for a while as part of my DIY efforts, and I had absolutely NO IDEA how i was going to do it without a forge other than buying pre-hardened steel like from a steel file and then annealing it in an oven. I have a vac oven so temp accuracy wont be an issue there, but it limits the kind of knives you can make if you can't find files the size you want. You can get steel billets online though for making knives with, so if I make this soup can forge I'm betting that'd be enough to get me going and all I'd need is an anvil lol. I'd probably use more than one torch and buy a bigger longer can for the frame to fit larger knives, but dude this is dope as hell and now I'm excited to actually get into doing this, even if I just do it to make gifts for people and the like and promote my youtube DIY channel

As a suggestion for better portability, I would have welded nuts to the bottom of the forge and used some long bolts for legs.
