Can norns send midi via usb directly to microfreak or you need somewhat inbetween to convert?

Yeah I have the mf plugged into Norns directly. Then it should pop up as a midi device in the Settings.

Man I would love to get my hands on JF. Teletype seems cool too. But from my understanding it isn't a "plug and play" device like the Norns, isn't it?

@@SonicVibe no, you dont have to, but you can code or learn to code your own script (lua scripts) So the scripts are made by community and you can download them manually and drag and drop them into norns or you can one click install them over the web interface
