My takeaways from the game 1. Harper is special and might be the best player in his class 2. DJ can get in the paint at will. Improving as a playmaker and is the best two way guard in his class by far. 3. Bradshaw is going to be a problem if he can put it all together 4. Cian is going to have an amazing college career. Dj misses so much it’s disgusting. His playmaking is trash, no PnR skills. He was my favourite player, but he got outplayed big time. Dylan is #1 in jersey

@@terrencemavuela1735 I agree that he tends to play at 1 speed at times but to say his playmaking is trash and that he has no PnR skills is crazy. Again, you don’t watch him if you believe that. Kid led the EYBL in scoring for several sessions for a reason. His playmaking is coming along. Just watch what he does at Kentucky.
Dj problem is he was molded correctly.... he has been used in his offenses as if he 6'5 when he should of been on the ball creating the past 4 seasons instead they wait until these tough games to put the ball in his hands but that aint how basketball works
Nobody on Camden is comfortable going left and finishing with the left, even the lefty, they had multiple possessions where if they would’ve spun to the left hand side and went up for the layup the prolly would’ve scored other than that every player in cmd is decent players 💯

@@terrencemavuela1735 Saying Wagner never settles his teammates on pick and rolls just means that you haven’t watched enough of his full gameplay. Most of the guards in this class are scoring guards. They are all one-dimensional by your standards. None of them are polished playmaking guards and the stats and gameplay show that and they do matter. Many of them have dozens of games with less than 3 asts. Mccain and Wilcher (who is having a terrible senior season btw) are not much better playmakers than DJ. These guards just score most of the time and DJ is the best scorer. He’s also really good on defense and gets steals. It’s that simple and I’m not sure who you see that is playing so much better than him. He led EYBL in scoring for 3 sessions. Was arguably the best player in America last Year and definitely in Jersey. His peers are not clearly outperforming. He has downfalls of course but you discredit him even in his very best games. Like against Columbus where his teammates (especially Bradshaw) were nowhere to be found and neither him or Cian could make anything happen.
Isaiah Brown I feel is very underrated. He played great in this.

I think dj is overrated don't get me wrong he is a good player but over hyped no jumper and misses to many easy shots and open 3s
