You get roots before they start growing on top, Iv got get mine in the garden soon they started get roots coming out of the top of cells :)

Onions are doing great Lee but shame about the celeriac. It has been one funky weather year but hopefully 2024 will bring brighter days in more ways than one. My elephant garlic took nearly 2 months to say hi 👋. Have a great week stay safe and Merry Christmas 🤶 to everyone, Ali 🎄

Probably have to take the chillies indoors to overwinter ive never done it successfully without doing that with them
