So nice to see Road 96 and a short hike covered, they're both waaay to underrepresented in the lists out there. My favorite has to be what remains of Edith Finch, you inspired me to play it again tonight :)
What Remains of Edith Finch was an amazing game, I also played Gone Home which is quite similar. If anyone has any suggestions like these two please please let me know! I love games where you get to walk around and explore to uncover the story
Been thinking about getting a switch but wasn't sure there'd be games for my old butt. I used to love playing King Quest and Sherlock Holmes. That was back when they used came on a floppy disc and we didn't have internet. Glad to see story driven games are still going. Thanks for doing so this. Really helpful for this out- of- touch broad. Lol
Not sure if you have played it but 'I Was a Teenage Exocolonist' is really good. Probably one of the best narrative games I've played and it definitely has cozy vibes at times
I've got a couple videos on games I'm enjoying on steam deck! All of these games are available on Steam, and should run fine if they run well on Switch but haven't tested them myself :)
I wanted to like coffee talk. Paid for it and was so excited. There are elements that are relaxing but overall the restrictive conversation options just wore me out. A little too repetitive. Wish there were more conversation options..
I totally get that! I think it's really for people who want like a fiction-novel type game, it's definitely not like a typical video game at all. Personally like playing it in the tub or something, just like how I'd read a book!
