Kodak Easyshare M1033 Digital Camera Review in 2022 ...is it still good enough to use???

- Sup guys , this is a quick review of kodak easyshare m1033. this is a OLDER digi camera but Im trying to see if this camera would still be useful in 2022 and beyond.

I found one at the thrift store today for $3, and it was such a nice find! The pics look great. Now I just need to find a charger to get it started
my camera wont even open does it need the memory card just to open or is it broken?
Hi ive had this camera since ‘09 it was my moms and she gave it to me however when i turn it on it immediately shuts down after 2-3 seconds is this because there’s no SD card? (also had a digital camera back in 2010s i was 11-12 so happy to be using one again)
its a great little camera for when you are on the go and just wanna get some good shots on vacation.
if it shuts down in 2-3 seconds you might have a dead battery , this camera can actually take a couple pictures without a SD card inside.

I bought one of these when it came out, recently came across it, charging block is still plugged in kitchen outlet but who knows where the cable went, found a replacement on ebay, should be here this week. I recall the next year's model went with micro-USB instead of the proprietary cable used on this one. Pictures were pretty decent, iirc.
I'm going to try and find that newer model you heard about . if I find it I'll do a review on it .
I have one of these from a while ago but can’t figure out how to charge it! Is it just the battery and you have to have a special charger for it?

My dad since 2009 has owned a Kodak Easyshare V1273 until 2012 he stopped using it because he got a Galaxy S2 with a camera. I asked my dad If I could have the camera to use and take photos with. He agreed and from now on, i take photos using this camera. This camera has taken baby pictures of me back in 2010!
Very happy you’re enjoying the camera , I keep it in my bag , just in case I see something I want to get pictures of . And that’s great dad passed the camera down to you , he’s a good man !

this should help with your charging problem , and it should be able to charge other batteries too.
i found this camera, it was my moms old camera. the charger is lost. do i buy a charger for the battery and camera or do i just need the one for the camera

It should need a memory card , but just be gentle when opening the door .. also is the battery in the right way ?
I recently just found my parents camera which is the exact one you reviewed, how were you able to upload the photos off of the camera?
I used a SD card reader to transfer the photos from the camera to the computer
Does it have B&W mode?
Sorry no , but what I do is take the picture I would like to be B&W and the edited it on my phone or computer
@@tsrreviews6502 it does have B&W : ) just got batteries for mine and tested it. However, my lens seems to not work properly everything is distorted so ill just buy another one. B&w will be in scenes try it out
What setting did you use for the pics at the end they look really good!!
I keep it mostly on smart capture , I love the fact it will tell if it a good shot !

I have a question, how to show battery indicator? or where i can see the battery level? i have kodak easyshare m1903is but i think is similar to kodak m1033, great video by the way!
so the battery indicator only shows up when the battery is low.

I have a similar one which is a Kodak V1273. It has served me well for 15 years!
How many GB do you recommend for the SD card?
I would say 16GB is good .. I tried a 128GB and it would take a while to work with that SD card .
Do you really need to change the battery or is it a way that you can charged it?
I have a battery charger for it so I take the battery out to charger it . but I know you can use a wall charger to charge the battery. .just make sure it's the right one

Probably just needs a charger .. you can find a battery and a charger on Amazon
