Wonka 2023: (has some great songs that could've gotten the movie at least one or two Oscar nominations for Best Original Song) The Oscars: "You get NOTHING!!"
You know with all the bees wax of movies of 2023 that Disney and some other companies made where absolute dog water to watch, it was heart warming to watch this in cinemas I swear I had this goofy grin the entire time watching, Wonka is no doubt one of the best movies of this year because it dose what people have been actually telling Disney to do for ages, tells an entertaining story that is not sacrificing for a massage that a soulless company dose not care about, so with a big smile I give this film a 10/10 if you what a movie that will make you smile throughout the whole thing, this is that movie.
The first time he sings he the song he first sing "a world of your own" addressed to his mom because he still believed she would really he beside her then when the rest of his crew joined the song he switched to "a world of our own" addressing his mom but also all his freinds who helped him get to that point then later in the movie when he sings again he gose straight to singing "a world of our own" because he appreciates his crew and the help they gave him when he needed it most
Lot's of people on the internet have been trash talking this movie. There was a "Moon" video essay about why it is everything wrong with Hollywood, but that is completely false. I think this movie is amazing, it doesn't take the easy way out like most hollywood movies now a days. Marvel, Disney, Universal, Star Wars become big budget failures, then you have Warner bros. coming out with Dune Part Two, and Wonka. Two amazing movies with so much creativity, also you have Dreamworks (That unfortunately dropped Kung Fu Panda 4 and Megamind 2) that is coming out with The Wild Robot. These big studios have made many mistakes, but let's just hope they can make up for it with these insanely talented people behind the scenes.

Well it’s bad year to use superhero films as an example,
7 superhero films
5 flops
Shazam 2
The flash
Blue beetle
Antman 3
The marvels
1 success
Guardians 3
1 TBD
Aqua man 2
I wasn't sure about this movie going in, but I absolutely loved it, and this was my favorite song.
Saw this film yesterday. Honestly WAY better than i expected
What an awesome song!!!
Timothee Chalamet has amazing talent!!!
The excellent lyrics of all songs of Wonka with majestic choreography are now in my and my family's favorite collection of melodious songs🎶🫶🤗💙
Everything is so majestic about this movie.
When things start falling apart , these songs ,this movie ,this character gives me courage to keep going.
Believe in self and in your dreams🌷✨
Thanks Timothee,Mr Wonka 🤗💙
A world of your own
A place to escape to
A world of your own
Where you can be free
Wherever you go
Wherevеr life takes you
This is your home
A world of your own...🎶🎶💞
Sung melodiously by Timothee 🤗✨
Beautiful lyrics by Neil Hannon / Paul King / Simon Farnaby🤗✨
I really loved this film. Paul King is a great director.
This year has proved a movie does not have to be an intense action movie with superhero's or animated but a movie with a problem that has to be solved. Barbie, Wonka and Oppenheimer.
Godzilla too!
This is our home
The world of our own💕

This song (and this movie in general) felt so nostalgic to my childhood and the wonder that I have experienced!
“Too late, I’ve started dancing now. Once we’ve started, we can’t stop.”
“ Then why didn’t you stop me?! I may have drifted off.” - my fav lines
My fav is Charlie and the chocolate factory with Johnny Deep but this movie is great!! I love how he can make you feel all this emotions, its a very beautiful movie super recomended. You will laugh and cry
Made me feel like a kid again! What a beatiful movie 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
My fave song!! We went out of the theater singing this!!
Timothee did awesome this movie is my favorite ever
So happy I watched this movie. Such a wonderful time. Every song was great and the acting was perfection.
Inanimate Insanity moment.
Thanks for bringing me here, Brian Koch.
Timothee Chalamat is so talented
Warner Bros. submitted the original song "A World of Your Own" performed by Chalamet, composed by Hannon and written by King and Farnaby, as a contender for the Academy Award for Best Original Song at the 96th Academy Awards.
It did not make it to the shortlist.

I love this song so much!! I work at the cinema and when the credits roll and we clean i sing it the loudest i can!
As a patron I stay in my seat so I can sing it out loud hahaha
This song is now officially my favorite song of 2023!
This song makes me longing for a place where Mr. Wonka shares his chocolates, kindness, and magics. If only such a place does really exist 🙂🙂
Wonka 2023: (has some great songs that could've gotten the movie at least one or two Oscar nominations for Best Original Song)
The Oscars: "You get NOTHING!!"
Next year surely?
I loved this movie. The internet hates it for no reason!
Truly! I wish more people would give it a chance because it really is a rare kind of film.
Such beautiful voice
You know with all the bees wax of movies of 2023 that Disney and some other companies made where absolute dog water to watch, it was heart warming to watch this in cinemas I swear I had this goofy grin the entire time watching, Wonka is no doubt one of the best movies of this year because it dose what people have been actually telling Disney to do for ages, tells an entertaining story that is not sacrificing for a massage that a soulless company dose not care about, so with a big smile I give this film a 10/10 if you what a movie that will make you smile throughout the whole thing, this is that movie.
The first time he sings he the song he first sing "a world of your own" addressed to his mom because he still believed she would really he beside her then when the rest of his crew joined the song he switched to "a world of our own" addressing his mom but also all his freinds who helped him get to that point then later in the movie when he sings again he gose straight to singing "a world of our own" because he appreciates his crew and the help they gave him when he needed it most
It’s also a foreshadow of the secret to making the Wonka bar.
Everything about this song makes me happy
I loved every bit of the movie including all these songs. What an amazing creation.. hats off to the cast and crew! ❣️ 🇱🇰
My fave movie of the year 🔥💯
just watched this movie and it is great!! One of the better movies coming out in 2023
Lot's of people on the internet have been trash talking this movie.
Disney released gotg 4 and universal literally had mario and oppenheimer..
I felt like a child all over again when watching this. I loved the singing and visuals in the movie but this song in particular just does something to my heart and brings back memories of my childhood reading Ronald Dahl books in the library
All of the music in this movie was phenomenal, but this one has to be my favorite
I really didn’t know chocolate could change the world! While I was at the movie. I was really craving some chocolates! 😂❤ I love this movie! One of my favs!!
This song is giving me vibes from Hamilton's "You'll Be Back", and I love it.
YES.
Thank you Timothée, I will be always in a world of my own ❤
I wish you grow as an actor my love
The beginning of the song sounded familiar to me but I couldn't remember where I heard it until I realized they used the beginning of the 1971's version of pure imagination "hold your breath, make a wish, count to three"
I love the details
I just saw this movie on Sunday and already have this entire song memorized 😂😂
