I've had this syngonium for a while but didn't have THAT much variegation and was living in water for a while so it wasn't growing very fast. within the last few months its been pushing out some new BEAUTIFUL leaves and it has now become one of my top favorite plants in my collection.
One of my friends just gave me a cutting of this 😭😭 I’m so grateful! I have it on my shaded porch rn and because it’s so humid outside where I am, it is THRIVING
I have the same plant and I love her! Any pure green leafs she starts making I cut off completely to ensure the variegation will continue. It works perfectly! If you don't want the vine look, put a moss pole in and watch her climb. This is how they are in their natural habitat by climbing trees and they love it. You could even have two moss poles in the pot. Also, you should covert her to semi-hydroponics and put her in leca; they love it and it's much better for the plant in my opinion and you never have to worry about over/under watering. All my plants are in leca and they are so happy. No more soil ever again!

Definitely needs good light, and the white leaves are gorgeous but unfortunately they don’t serve a purpose but to look good. I also love her staked up instead of trailing. I know you had to have gotten her at Folia Collective! Same girl! I absolutely love mine. I honestly feel so bad when I see three leaf cuttings on eBay for $50-$80 bucks. AND THEY SELL! Omg, yeah. Folia Collective is three blocks from where my in-laws live now my husband lived in the same apartment building when I met him. Somehow they didn’t know about the shop but had lived there for almost 48 years. 🤣 Bow mother in law shops there. She even figured out online ordering and walks to pick up! Fun💚

Finally got one last month! My own Albo, for crazy $$$ here in Manhattan. Its so beautiful, I want to cry also! Only downside is, I live in an overheated apartment, so I have to run a humidifier during the day or else the new growth will not open up and develop, it will wilt up and die. Can't wait till the humid days of the warmer months.

My Singonium lost its varigations .It is plain green now . Same with devils backbone. Both plants had fairly good exposure to sunlight. Under trees. Same with my alocacia .
Maybe you can help....I received a rooted cutting in the mail a few weeks ago. It was in very good shape, two leaves, large aerial root and a few little ones, in a little soil wrapped in plastic. I potted it up and I think I over watered it. Long story short, leaves died. I;m left with node and roots, what should I do? Keep it moist, perlite, moss??? Help!

I noticed that the new leaves are coming out with a greenish tint on the part that’s suppose to be white. Is that normal or does that mean it’s not getting enough light? I have it under a grow light and it gets some indirect light from a window
This is my favorite plant that you own. I got one from Steves Leaves last year, but it is no where like yours is. I put it outside for the spring, summer and fall, maybe it will take off and grow. I took a cutting off of it to try to promote more growth from the bottom, you could easily do that with such a large plant.
I received my albo syngonium variegatum about 3 weeks ago with 5 leaves and every week since then, I’ve had one leaf per week start to droop and turn yellow, then wrinkle up. Ugh, I never used to like the albo varigata much, but now I’m in love! Where I live though, I can only get plants shipped in from a tiny amount of licensed shops because I live on an isolated island (strict laws on fresh produce and plant imports because of potential introduced pests). It’d also be crazy expensive if I could find it 😅😭 Guess I’ll be happy enough with the ones I have/can find here haha!

Hi Sharina. I just did repotting with my syngonium because its too long and i plant it in a new pot with about 1 meter climbing pole. But after few days the leaves becomes yellowish and looks dying. It was OK before i moved it to a new pot. Maybe you know whats the problem with mine. Please help. Thank you so much.

I looked it up on Etsy when I got home and I was shocked to see some for more than $80. She has another one and I’m going back to get it this weekend because I can’t pass up on a deal. Hopefully, I can propagate and help some people get their own for such a reasonable price.

They DO sell out fast! I received a notice for a local nursery that they were available but by the time I saw the email an hour later they had sold out again! This only happened this week. LOL maybe next time!
