If you are new to my channel a bit about me.
I have Sarcoidosis, Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis (CPA) and a very low CD4 count. I challenged myself to do a daily vlog for 30 days and liked it so much I carried on. I attend the National Aspergillosis centre which is at Wythenshawe Hospital Manchester.

@@stewartarmstrong7430 how are you doing man? just came across your videos. Thanks for posting. I have had respiratory issues for a few years now and have never seen a specialist. The next appointment is in 4 months. These videos have me a bit paranoid now but still super educational.

@@raymanmufasa I’m currently stable thankfully after amazing help from some specialist doctors and trying to keep my lungs working by being as healthy as I can. It can be scary so I understand being paranoid. But the human body is amazing and I’m still here after all these years. 10 years ago I didn’t think I would be 😁
