I from time to time tell people who have to do their own cross, to watch these videos. I had an advice client who came in today, whom I had seen before. He said the videos were helpful. However not so much with his cross examination it really helped with his answers when he was being cross examined. He actually confined his answers to yes, no and I don’t know.
