Webinar: Why Well-Being Now? (English)

- This first webinar introduces the 2024 annual theme Workforce well-being, with three speakers on an aspect of well-being for anaesthesiologists.
Each will outline their perspective on why they think well-being is important now, followed by the actions they have taken to improve support.
Use of a coach, training of well-being leaders and participants via VAST simulation, and development of collegial support structures within a hospital department will be presented.
