#4 ending toxic relationships 💯
For years I have been playing a role for others. Low self-esteem led me to eating disorders and mental health torture trying to be liked by everyone. A life limiting disease diagnosed 2 years ago was a tap on the shoulder from the divine to carry on or change, I chose the latter with a vegan diet and juicing. I still have issues but less so now as I am starting to love myself. Videos like this are now part of my daily routine, I find them uplifting, enlightening and mind changing. Thank you so much x
Y'all probably hear this like a zillion times lmao, but i gotta say thanks for what u been doing. I was a darkness and in a dark situation but inside my heart always desired something different. U guys helped me believe in possibility of it. Even with life on the line, I pulled thru but only cuz u guys let me believe in myself. I still remember u popped up in my youtube recommendations "Inspiring Speech on Depression". That was my first video. Showed my a different way, told me a different thought. And it started something new. Slowly, I started to mend the story i thought was broken, and i mended the connections and relations i severed. I learned to believe in the story i was granted. And one day before i knew it, I didn't recognize the new place i was in and person i became. My situation fell again unfortunately, but this time it feels so different. Cuz i know now, in the end u choose who u wanna be. If u choose, who you want to be us who u are. Thank you for reminding me that and i can't be the only one who feels that way. Keep doing you man

This video is very recent, and it actually really helps me, especially with what I've been trying to accomplish. I've been trying to eat better, and there are times where I feel like people just don't understand. I will be at a birthday party or family gathering and people will tell me, "Oh c'mon! Eat unhealthy for once! Have some fun!", and its like....I'm trying to accomplish a goal that you know absolutely nothing about. It shouldn't be any of your business. If you really want it to be your business, don't judge me! Don't put me down for trying to make a difference in my own life! Actually try and help me! Learn the difference between being rude and giving actual constructive criticism. Trying to put me down or make me feel ashamed will make me want to avoid you. It's my choices, my goal, and my life, not your's. Please respect that.
Everyone, if there is ever anyone that is trying to put you down for trying to reach a goal and trying to live your life, ignore them. Walk away from them. You shouldn't feel ashamed for trying to accomplish something very important to you and that can help you in the future. If you have people that help you through your journey (my big brother is a perfect example for my goal and journey), keep them. Treasure them. Love them. They are the kinds of people you need in your life. They bring you positivity and inspiration.

Although I don't know what is the final destination I know that I am on the right path. Hard to believe that the one I want to join me is the one that doesn't have the same vision and faith that I do. It would be easier to just give up, but I know that I would not be the right path. The path I'm on is the path that will lead me to greater things.
