I think they're going with the double rerun of Yinlin & Xiangli Yao due to the synergy between them. Trying to bait people who have one to get the other, or if they have neither to roll both. It's smart, though not what I'd have expected.
People should really stop complaining about wanting new 4 star in the main banner. Just pull the second phase or spend coral. It's not like the dev arnt giving enough pulls. Now players are getting greedy instead of the devs😂

Maybe why xiangli yao because they releasing too much female characters? That's they want to balance it with rerunning male character for new player that are male enjoyer?
