Hi I have used the nicot system for years and had good results, but to get top results when you inspect your hives weekly save the Royal jelly from Queen cups in a small pot so when you have positioned your queen cups in your cassette using a cotton bud dip it in the Royal jelly and from the front of the cassette holes push the cotton bud covered in Royal jelly in to the cell touching the cup bottom and turn to add the queen jelly substance and odor into the cell bottom, this will increase your queen cell take by 50% more.
