@@maccrazy7335 sometimes i feel bad for chef lol you could see how Thais people ask for their food like someone ask for no garlic, some for no vegetable ,no sea food base, no been and they still cook for us perfectly( even they cooking for like clound of people) Customer choice is like art of thai food you always get little pack of base flavor( sugae,chilli powder,fish sause,vinegar or lime) in some thai food to edit your food and it's never destroy the food even you put all of that or some of them in the dish like they calculate it already
