I feel sorry for both species. I'm glad the turtle escaped, but just because a shark failed once doesn't mean it'll give up. Tiger sharks will eat anything, but I find their faces to be adorable in a way. I've watched videos of Jim Abernethy and Emma who's very docile around him; being friends for over 20 years.
I wonder how long the turtle can swim that fast without taking a breath and does it have to stop and take in many breaths to recover or can it take quick breaths and keep going.
They move like ghosts. Materializing like shadows then melting into the background. I like how the bait fish part respectfully like a biblical scene, for their nemesis to pass unimpeded.
This proves, when sharks arn't hungry their gentle. I❤everything in this stunning, soothing, mind easing, breakaway from this mad world i wish to esape from, so tyvm my wonderful, peaceful, creature & nature loving gifted friend! 🦈 🌊 🐋
Your dulcet tones usually lull me into a state of relaxation. Often after watching your FULL video and clicking the like button, I can easily drift off to sleep. Now you put this video out and I realize it's more than the voice. It's your choices. Your cuts, pans and choice of music all create the same atmosphere. Your voice seems to be just one of the instruments in the symphony. I hate to get all metaphorical about it but this is me being honest. Great work. I like your choices.
I love your work. I believe the more we learn about sharks as a whole, the greater the benefits for each side. I live in Lunenburg Nova Scotia , where there's a study going on now tagging and weighting the sharks and we are getting amazing results that just years ago were unheard of. Last summer we had some beautiful sharks that we have come to love and enjoy, your work is so amazing and I've shared your work and shots on Facebook, hope you don't mind. We have a very, very large abundance of seals and fish that we believe the sharks feast upon for the months they are here and we get to enjoy them. Many, many questions arise as to why the whites have lost their stronghold off the tip of Africa, gone are the days when you would see dozens off of seal island, I have my theories (ORCAS) being the number 1 cause, I pray the sharks find peace and tranquility wherever they feel safe and food is in abundance. Please sir, we look forward to your work and please keep up the amazing work. Is there a place where someone could make a donation to your wonderful services, thank you again. Sean.J.
I wasn't sure I was up for watching a ~17 minute video of chillaxing music and non-narrated footage, but 17 minutes later: "huh, guess I was up for it after all"
Breathtaking thank u 💖 my heart soared in awe of these beautiful wonders of the 🌊 were viewed in such amazing sound and in their own habit that we share. Thank you truly!❤made my night 🌙 extra special to veiw!
Carlos, I’m still catching up on videos that I wasn’t notified for and I’m devastated as I’m going along. This video was incredible and that word doesn’t do it justice. I do not have an adjective good enough to describe your work. The music was so beautiful and serene. Amongst the serenity was the battle between the shark and the turtle and I found myself so conflicted. My first thought was swim away, go little turtle, that’s it turn over he can’t bite your hard shell. Then it was oh but it’s nature and the shark has to eat, maybe it’s really hungry and it will die if it doesn’t eat soon. Of course all this thought was in the space of mere seconds 😂 I was very relieved the turtle escaped to safety, I admit it! I have a Question if you’re able to get through all the catch up comments I’ve left you this morning. At around 12:45 in the video, there is a Shiver of sharks lying on the bottom of the ocean, what type of sharks are they please? It’s really eerie looking almost like a lot of crosses next to each other in a graveyard. Not exactly of course but it gives an impression of such. I’m really stunned at how many videos I’ve missed. I’m very happy that I’ve got to have a wonderful binge morning on a gloomy day. There’s always an upside 😂. Thanks for the joy Carlos ❤️
i always felt like sharks are what's between common fish and cetaceans. Cold minded yet intelligent, fish shaped yet flexible as a mammal, wary but inquisitive.
I think a large part of the difference is the back double comes down to how they hit the pose. Chris leans back more like how Phil Heath used to whereas Wesley stands up too straight
@@gyrospinup Surfers, Divers, Military, Fishermen ect .. coined the term "Man in the grey suit" Most people I know who spend hours upon hours in or on the ocean use it. Seems like you've stuck your head up your ass once again. Go be a Keyboard Cowboy elsewhere please🤠
@gyrospinup No Shit Sherlock! The man in the Grey suit is a term used by surfers, divers, fishermen, navy seals ect.. for a white shark. Pretty much used by anyone who spends a lot of time on or in the ocean. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. DUDE! There's always one.
@@scottballinger40 Hey there surfer boy. Watch out for the man in grey suit. Heck, I could have came up with a better GW nickname than that. But, I do have a higher IQ than most suffer boys.
Whales, dolphins and porpoises need to surface for air. The horizontal fins allow them to get to surface quicker. Vertical fin as on fish, allow more for sharp turns and maneuvers.
Just for the record, I'm pretty sure the reason for the vertical versus horizontal tails thing is due to whales and other marine mammals evolving from organisms whose backbones bend up and down more easily (like yours), instead of side to side.
@@gyrospinup Nonsense, do dogs swim with their tails? But here's a real question for you: if whales have up and down tails because they need to breathe air, why did ichthyosaurs have vertical tails like fish?
Was anyone else rooting for that turtle while maybe feeling a little bad for the shark when it failed to get a meal?

I was willing it to escape and glad when it got away.
I never knew they were so quick in the water. The turtle actually made that look quite easy. I'm impressed.
I was completely rooting for the turtle 🐢!!
I wonder how long the turtle can swim that fast without taking a breath and does it have to stop and take in many breaths to recover or can it take quick breaths and keep going.
The start for a relaxing weekend.

This would be awesome put on a loop and fall asleep to. Very calming 😌❤

Ich mag die Haie. Doch der weiße Hai ist Majestätisch. Schlafende Haie sind beeindruckend. Danke Carlos für das Teilen. 😊
Awesome and relaxing footage and music. Brilliant!

Was that a Great Hammerhead or Scalloped?
Spectacular!

I'm still hoping we'll see Baby Yeti (the white white shark) again.
You are by far the most skilled photographer! Thank you sooo much for all your work.

The man in the Grey Suit!
Dude, that's a shark. I need some of whatever you're having.

Wow, I never thought that they were coming this close to the shore, it seems sometimes that the water is not above waist-level for a human.
💖🥰💖
Lovely!
👍👍👍
Anyone know what the music is? Very relaxing 😄
Fantastic
Where was the Hammerhead shot at?
The shark - turtle duel is great but not the most relaxing!
Ever see any makos?
Why does they keep their dorsal fin above water?
Just smoking weed chilling on my day off watching sharks not a bad day at all life is good
This shit so relaxing 😊
Anyone know why shark tail fins are vertical and not horizontal like dolphins?
Whales, dolphins and porpoises need to surface for air. The horizontal fins allow them to get to surface quicker. Vertical fin as on fish, allow more for sharp turns and maneuvers.
