It's growing fast too. Especially with the rail connection to downtown Minneapolis and remote work availability.

Are there any decent/safe apartment complexs within a few blocks of the train station? Looking to move there and get rid of my vehicle

I would check these two maps if you haven't yet.
      www.metrotransit.org/blue-line-station-maps
      www.metrotransit.org/metro-green-line
I am not too well versed on apartments, but I would guess there are tons of places to rent along the light rail that are safe and of decent quality. The blue line at between 38th and 50th has some nice buildings that I have friends in.

Definitely. The biggest factor in cost of living is housing costs. It really depends on what you're looking for.

Sir is it any possibility for me as I dream to move to USA 🇺🇸 from India 🇮🇳 forever and most importantly is it safe as compared to new York city

Not sure about the statistics on crime for New York, but all major metro areas have their share of crime. I would encourage you look up both sites and compare to where you feel most comfortable.

@@Nicksundahl thanks for your response and great information, actually I have seen so many videos even watching everyday and saw the crime rate increases in new York city,,and even got to know that so many people are leaving, but I didn't find anything about Minnesota, or Washington
