May I know if building Chinese prefab home on my land would be granted a permit in Australia states like WA, QLD, SA or NSW?

Pre-construction is hard but watching your home get built is harder. So many selections. Our house is being built now and we've been flying a drone over the site regularly and sharing our videos on TH-cam!

What does one do with a 450sqm lot where 22m wide and 12m deep is buildable? It seems that no volume builders have a single plan which fits.

It’s great that McDonald Jones have so many meetings to finalise the build. Most volume builders lump choosing fixtures and fittings together with electrical and they push to have the contract signed. As customers, we often change our minds as we progress as we second guess ourselves. And if we don’t get it right, we end up paying variation costs to make changes.

That is very true Premila! The other mistake other builder often make is letting clients choose their colours too early (sometimes even before land registration). This is the worst and most of the time clients will change their mind again before construction even starts 😳😣
Thank goodness we know better than that 👌🏼😄❤️

    This only applies to subdivisions.

      Thanks for your comment Jason.
This is the same process we use for knock down rebuilds, rural lots, dual occupancy, builds inside and outside of estates, as well as everything in between. So for any McDonald Jones Homes clients, it is always applicable 🏠✨
