Comparing the tragectory between a.22 FAC air rifle shooting around 30ftlb and a.22 rimfire shooting subsonic at different ranges out to a hundred metres would be interesting.( For me at least).👍
Just run the numbers on a ballistic app and compare the two curves on screen next to each other

Too bad FX isn’t really very honest in their business dealings and sales pitches. I made the mistake of purchasing the FX Dreamline Classic over a year ago. I was most impressed with the sales pitch regarding the “modularity” of the rifle series as well as the accuracy it appeared to have. However, I learned the hard way that while they may have intended this series to lend itself to conversions to other models within the “Dreamline”, what they don’t tell you is that they weren’t going to create nearly enough “conversion kits” or create complete conversion kits to support the line. I have spent the past year trying to even locate one conversion kit. And after finding and spending over $300 for that kit to convert my “Classic” rifle to their “Tactical” model, no one ever mentioned that it doesn’t come with the needed AR15 retro style collapsible stock and buffer tube! So it only partially makes the conversion into a type of pistol I suppose. After the past years nightmare of attempting to get any cooperation out of FX or the local dealer, I absolutely cannot recommend FX rifles at all! They seem to love to create new models. But have the worst customer service and you can forget about any support for the models they’ve previously created. Which creates a great deal of doubt for the future. Especially after spending these ridiculous prices and not getting any post purchase support. ⛔️ CAVEAT EMPTOR!

It clearly says on their website that the tactical dreamline comes whitout the rear end… ”STOCK AR15 Ready (not included)” ”Equipped with foldable stock adaptor (not in the picture).”
@@safakaswedishairgunforum-n1490 I didnt see anything at all about that with the conversion kit I purchased, online or in the directions. I wasn’t looking for the entire new Tactical Rifle, since I was told I could convert my Classic to the Tactical simply by purchasing the kit. Every photo I saw online showed it having a stock. Why would a “conversion kit” thats suppose to convert the Classic to the Tactical do it without a stock? That’s obviously another scam to obfuscate cost. Otherwise they would be up front with that info when purchasing the “conversion kit” for those of us that already have another model and wish to be able to convert it to the Tactical model. The biggest scam of all with the Dreamline model. Since its biggest selling point was its supposed modularity.
Great idea Chris, reviewing some more of the ”not top end models” inthe fx range, brilliant and intresting for the majority of shooters who cant spend endless ofmoney into the hobby but still want to get the most customisable brand on the planet.

Interesting as always Chris thanks. Still amazed that some can part with that amount of money for a pellet rifle. I can see the point for a competition shooter, but for ratting there are plenty of good and way cheaper options. I am welded to my rimfires though, have never seen the point of FAC pellet guns. A good "rimmy" can be bought for a few hundred, and no complex air system to worry about.
Really enjoyed that First Impressions Video. I had not seen the ATA air gun before but having completed a search on You Tube I can see they have been around for a while now. Not really a fan of the trigger guard but at that price who can argue? Also had a look for other reviews on the FX Dynamic, I did not see another for that exact set up. Looking forward to see your videos on both which I know will be as detailed as always. Your work is appreciated.

I've never really bothered with airguns. Living in NI they all have to go on our licence which is a bit of a hassle.
I cheered when I saw a FX T12.

I’ll be very interested to hear your comparison of the two.
I believe that the T12 evolved into the Dreamline but wonder if there’s really a difference.
There is a massive difference in terms of product evolution from origins to current style

Some freebie folder that was knocking around in the armoury, not boutique mystical steel with questionable metallurgy and great marketing with pretty scratches and legendary norse name.

Try all the liners and choose the best one, then do the review.
