Nice video! I’m planning my own solo Europe backpacking trip soon and was wondering how much you saved beforehand for the trip and how much you took as actual spending money?
Hi! Thanks for enjoying my video. I think I spent around $7000 total for 7 weeks (including flight, railpass, hostels, food, everything). I could have gotten by much cheaper but certain things I wanted to do simply cost a little. If you stay in hostels, eat somewhat cheaply, and don't spend too much on drinks you can get by in any city for $80 a day (including spending money and some souvenirs). Depending on where you go and how you want to get there, $50 a day gets you by fine a lot of places. Check out these websites. thesavvybackpacker.com for great tips, hostelworld.com for searching/booking hostels, scottscheapflights.com for great deals on flights, skyscanner.com and googleflights.com are perfect tools for searching for flights yourself, tripadvisor.com is a great way to search for things to do, and Rick Steves is an awesome resource for his videos (check out his youtube channel) and his travel books. Good luck on your trip! Solo is the way to go.
Yep that's the the pass I had. I bought it during a promotional period (they seem to do it often), where I got an extra two days. It ended up being the perfect amount. I did use 3 or 4 days on day trips away from large cities. I highly recommend getting a eurail pass if you want to stay flexible but also want to save money compared to buying tickets the day of.
Hi Luis, I started April 10th and ended on June 1st. Weather wasn't too bad and crowds were not as bad as during the summer. Thanks for watching my video!
Hi. I used Windows 10. Lightworks did the job for me very well. Quite easy to use once you figure out the right video formatting settings for uploading/editing/exporting.
I love this so much. Miss traveling and this really hit the spot
Soooo nice!

Hi, Which O/S are you using with Lightworks? How would you rate Lightworks? I am interested in setting up a Linux version. Thanks, Ken, Ottawa, Canada

Did you make any friends on this trip?
More than I can count! I still keep in touch with a number of them.
What camera did you use for taking videos?
