This is a fascinating game, the story is an absolute brilliant one as we enter the mind of Kay and how her selfish ways have harmed her family members in various ways.
We go through trying to undo the damage we didn't mean to do but we did,

Sometimes i feel these collectables are just added to make the game seem bigger than they are.. Just lazy additions, games like this are fantastic but often ruined because you have to look for silly things. Anyway, thanks for the guide. I hope your channel continues to grow! Doing a great job!
They just love to add collectibles in every godamn game it seems I think I must of collected at least 20000 over the years 😂

At 1:55:55 the seagull didn't pop for me. So what I did was completely close out of the game and started it back. Once I did that shield part again and went back it was there. Hope this works for anyone else who runs into this issue.

Welsh you beast, another gem in the books! I've been working my way back a bit trying to get as many gpgs as I can and your guides have been invaluable. I've missed some that have since left so doing as many as I can lately. If you guys were like me and had a lot of progress to make for the “Mermaid” achievement, I took a rubber band and connected my thumbsticks so that Kay could swim around by herself in a circle until the achievement unlocked!

This guide worked really well for me in terms of finding the bottles, after my first play through. Make sure you close out of the game, don't leave it on quick resume for all of you series X/S owners, I literally missed 8 of the seagulls because the game did not load them in, the second I closed the game and re-opened it, they loaded in.

@@crystalclark4824 I have also done several xbox restarts, chapter restarts and also even played the last segment of the previous chapter again. Nothing for me still. Proper glitches game. I will try again tomorrow.
Great guide actually bro talks a lot but in a way he's actually entertaining and funny he makes goof guides I respect that actually in terms of personality prefer him over maka he ain't too serious glad there was a guide had this game on my list so had to 100% its a good game with a good story not that bad actually very fun for a short lived story tbf

If you don't get the achievement at 14:25 you can just stay in the sort of dark area until the monster eats you, and you'll spawn back on top of the building.

I'm trying to get into the game but I don't want to turn your commentary off as you have me in hysterics at times lol.
The colectible 25/39 can be reached before the talk with the octopus!
And the seagull 9 can be get at chapter 7 before the 28 and 29 seagull, where you destroy de girl's shell!
Not a huge deal at all, but for me I found an easier and a little faster way to get the “racer” achievement where the hands kill you 10 times… instead of the start of chapter 3, like he did, you can go to chapter 3-section 4 “inside the school “ … it literally start you right in front of broken floorboards, in which you can constantly kill yourself , instead of having to walk and then wait for a cutscene to end 10 times …

The story was deep and kept you invested, the voice actors were absolutely excellent, was slightly challenging here and there without being over the top and frustrating.
A perfect blend for a game really.

That was an interesting game. I really liked it. And yes bullies. Everyone knows them. I was a victim of bullies in school. It was not really a great time in my life. This guide was helpful :) And for once you did not f... up :P like in "BLACK MIRROR" where at least 30 minutes where without commentary or in "Goodbye Deponia" where half of the video was completly silent :D Thanks to this guide now, I got my platinum trophy 950 :) Soon it will be 1000 :) Let's see what guide I will watch next on your channel.

my seagull at 1'hr 56 was not there. weird. i did notice another seagull however halfhour previous i was unable to reach on my game and i think in your video to .. which you did not grab or mention il find the time stamp. any way . il reload and hopefully that seagull is there. odd
So I've been going down the list on trueachievments/gamepass sorting by completion time and I would like to thank welsh for having the majority of the games so far.
Quick question: at the beginning of the video you tell 4-5 hours are needed to complete the game. The video is however much shorter. What gives? Thanks
Almost friend, he states it CAN take that long, depending on how long it takes to get past the games enemies.

I always mention in games like this it can take longer depending on enemies you get past, potential deaths by falling etc etc.
I obviously edit all that out as it would be annoying for you to watch me die all the time 😂

Great fun walkthrough. After the first three or so chapters the seagulls stopped appearing. Tried reloading chapters but no joy. Will give that achievement a miss.

I did the dead hands one when was around thhe part with the dead hands to get that achievement, the killed by a whale 20 times was done by accident 🤣 so got it in the game and before I got to the end credits did the mermaid one lol. Forgot that stupid god damn last seagul though. The danger swimmer was also by accident near the end of the game so I got lucky really haha

I'm having a little problem with the Boss fight in the Humiliation chapter. I'll shoot flares at all of the orbs but the shadow bullies never go up in the air so I can run in and clear the corruption. I've quit and reloaded the chapter and even the one before several times. Am I missing something?

If Seagulls aren't spawned in a certain area I quit my game and reloaded it and the seagulls spawned. Hope this helps someone
