Yes, its true that only for layout save it to jpeg printing size matter with the size you want. You can save the picture and bring tonprinting shop they will adjust the size for you. Same with tarp printing

Pag move mo sa shape or text malalaman mo kung gitna na kasi lalabas ang dotted line...looks like imaginary line. Same when you do alignment sa ibang shape.

You can print it after you safe it as picture. The only thing is it matters with your printer specs what maximum size can print.
Another option is you save it to jpeg go to the printing shop ask them to print it. They will adjust and resize it for you.
Sinunod ko naman po yung tutorial pero bakit yung gitna lang po nagkaka picture yung ibang shape po wala.
