How lovely to see a family including their fur children in the joy of a new baby! The first thing I did when I came home with my two babies was let our dog see and sniff the heck out of them because hey this little dot belongs to him too. People can be so pathetic about animals and babies! They go hand in hand and it's wonderful to see so much love in this entire family...human AND fur balls. Beautiful :-)

Our Ridgeback is 78 dog years tomorrow.Her black muzzle has gone from black to grey to white and her dark wheaten coat is much lighter.Our son is now 21 but they are still so close and funny together.Although she is still physically fit with at least two long walks a day only hot weather cuts exercise short and she is still as cute as ever with a personality that shines like no other breed.I fear Father Time and thinking ahead have considered other breeds but nothing comes close to a ridgeback and your videos confirm that.Who knows what the future brings but another rescued ridgeback is favourite.Enjoy your family every day.Especially the dogs!
Ok so I watched a lot of these types of videos (dogs meets baby) but I honestly never saw a dog look this on love before. That one moment when the dog but his head on the baby and watched her, I could clearly see love in it's eyes! Amazing!

We had a ridgeback when I was a young child growing up on a ranch. The thing I remember most is the dog whizzing past me, back and forth, all around me and taking off at top speed on some chase.
