My husband used to work at Eastern State as a tour guide after it closed as a prison. We would be there by ourselves to lock up, and were haunted by...bats, cats and rats. Seriously - they have always had a critter problem, so I'm not surprised people see movement and hear noises and think "ghosts". He did a play there, and people watched a cat knock over some of the props, and a bat flew down on the audience (thankfully, we were all wearing hardhats).

"Most creepiest" is probably why. Okay video, cringe title. Go with either "most creepy", or "the creepiest ".
