  • It's time for my favorite video of the year! In this video, I am sharing almost all of my 2023 planner line up. There are still a couple of planners that are missing, but they should be here soon. The Happy Planner disc system lets me easily mix and match planners to come up with something that truly lights me up! All the planners are linked below!

    I have a mini dashboard for my catch-all, a vertical classic for work, a big vertical for memory planning, a franken-planned guided journal for my Bible journal/sermon notes, the budget journal and the health journal.

    I love all the planners but I’m sticking to 1 planner this year, classic size dashboard. The year at a glance I will track weight/steps, my currently page will be geared toward budgeting and the saving challenges from The Budget Mom, still deciding on how my monthly pages will be used, and weekly pages will be used for appointments, practice/game schedules, etc…

    I was also really bummed when the Happy Planner did not release a new 2023 (or undated) Big faith planner. I made one out of another of their Big vertical planners.

    I love watching these types of videos & how people use each type of planners. Normally I would stick to 2 planners. One classic & one mini for on the go. But I switched up my line up for next year & stepped out of the box a little. I'm using a mini horizontal happy planner for gratitude journaling. A hobonichi weeks for my on the go planner. A passion planner for hourly time blocking and goal setting & a common planner from sterling ink for a faith planner/prayer journal. I also ordered the be happy box to use for goal setting & to go along with my passion planner.

    • @ScrappyWife
      @ScrappyWife  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sounds like you are stepping out of the box big time! I love the variety you have chosen to work with next year. I personally think the mini horizontal is absolutely perfect for documenting gratitude! Passion planners have always intrigued me, but I have never ended up using one. I hope you really like it!

    I, too, was disappointed by the lack of a big faith HP. I'm using my Tul covers and printables. In fact, I've primarily been a big HP dashboard. This has been a rather disappointing year for my HP likes. Thank goodness for printables and Canva! I really like your idea for using the Be Happy Goal journal for the year. I'm now retired, so not so much into goal planning, but using that journal over the year is an excellent idea. I have just my big dashboard as a catchall and a couple of faith planners (Tul & currently not decorated) for Bible studies. Thanks for the info on your lineup. I'll be watching your goals progress over 2023! Best wishes for 2023 and Merry Christmas!

    Will be using 1 planner like this year that was my very 1st year actually using up a planner properly. A classic vertical happy planner along with a wall calendar so that my kids and husband can see if anything important is coming up(birthdays, half days, free days, appointments and such). A notebook to keep track of what I need to do and another one to keep track of what I actually get done in a day just so that I don't feel as if I did nothing

    I started using the plum paper hourly daily planner the beginning of the year and I had 2 other planners but because the PPP hourly daily planner is such an amazing layout, I had tons of room for every aspect of my life so the other planners just didn’t get used at all! So for 2023, I’m just using the plum paper planner hourly daily planner. I might get a planner just to decorate but we will see. Functionally, the hourly daily planner fits every need and want

    Excited to see how you’re going to utilize each of these planners. Love these type of videos. I’m still undecided on whether to continue using a classic vertical for my catchall or move to a dashboard layout. That’ll be a challenge to make the transition but I think I’m up for it!💙💛🪴

    I am using a vertical for my regular planner and am thinking about a horizontal for my faith planner. I might use a separate book for bible study notes etc. I hadn’t thought of it before, but the monthly layout would be good for gratitude. A doable number each day. I don’t have a ton to actually keep in my regular weekly so had thought about putting my gratitude there, but now I am wondering about the monthly!! Because I need another planner, right?! I need to get back in the habit of using my planner consistently. I fell off the wagon a few months ago, and was toying with a travelers notebook for my planner, but I don’t think it is big enough, and I really love the disc bound system. I also toyed with a junior size, thinking the classic was too big and the mini too small, but I just couldn’t make it work the way I wanted. So I ordered a vertical and now I HAVEA TO USE IT! Lol.

    • @ScrappyWife
      @ScrappyWife  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hehe, planner peace is hard to find! Keeping gratitude in the monthly is a great idea, certainly very doable. I know several other planners that have started using a half-letter sized planner for an in-between size, and they seem to be loving it.

    I love Plum Paper and used their planners for years. A hint if you have not used them before…use wax paper or planning pages to remove some of the adhesive from your stickers. Their paper is beautiful, but not as forgiving as HP. Looking forward to seeing your Faith setup! ❤
