This is the first roleplayed video-game video I've enjoyed since Damien & Tommy became truckers. Angela and Chance is a great duo and dive enough into their roles and I think that's what's needed to keep this format enjoyable.
It is a surreal experience watching this as a pilot/flight simmer who is also a Smosh fan. As hilarious as it is to watch them try desperately figure out the basics of not immediately crashing, I would still find a video where they try to learn from someone who knows what they're doing teaching them would still be funny too. Good lord teaching them to fly the new helicopters....I swear. Genuinely tho, make more of these guys, they're gold.
They damn near caught the ILS approach path in the 1st NY area flight. Surprised the game didn’t yell at them for any of their actions. Normal settings of the game have nearly everything going off (maybe because I overspeed)
I vote all of these videos start with Spencer doing something involving the game then he passes out for some reason and the other cast members take over.
There's an old Monty Python movie called "And Now For Something Completely Different" that has a sketch about two pilots messing with their passengers over the intercom. I humbly suggest this is the companion piece from the attendants perspective. Sublime humor here, Smosh. The cold opening, the character commitment and editing - you just keep getting better and better at what you all do.
These two are actually on something here, most air transport planes (Airbus Boeing jets) and general aviation (Cessna, KingAir etc) are designed so that when pilots let go of the controls, the plane would return to stable level flight.
So… I hadn’t seen this a year ago when it came out. Just hadn’t heard/seen it pop up. But am here from the Pit video about watching their firsts and favorite videos and this one was utterly worth looking up 🤣😆
