Too metal for a muppets movie
Honestly stalter and Waldorf were great cast for Marly they were hecklers in the muppets so them being the old business partner of scrooge being punished fir their crimes by Caring heavy chains is a perfect fit I especially love how at first they sing of the orphanage almost happily as if it's a fond memory then they shiver as if the chains are growing colder to remind them why their there and they change tone
Perhaps the best line in the movie, and the best summary
"As freedom comes from giving love, so prison comes with hate."

I noticed the opening speak about man's spirit walking alongside them isn't in the original song where'd you get the idea?
In the extended version of the song, they both start the song off with this little monologue. The version that was used in the film was cut down for time reasons I assume.
