If you claim you'd dirty your face or something by doing that then you need to clean your butt a bit better in the shower. No body part is intrinsically dirty, you know.
Sure, bacteria and dead skin cells might accumulate and cause your towel to get dirty after a while but that would happen regardless if you have a specialized butt-towel or whatever.
