For the month of April I have decided to do Mulan as my Disney Princess inspired theme! I hope you guys enjoy this theme! Let me know which is your favorite and least favorite spread in the comments!
For 2022 I have decided to do themes based on the Official Disney Princesses. There are 12 Official Disney Princesses and they are: Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Mulan, Tiana, Rapunzel, Merida, and Moana.
There are other amazing female characters, such as Anna, Elsa, Megara, Kida, Esmerelda, Jane, Tinkerbell, etc, however, I've decided to only do themes revolved around the Official Disney Princesses.
I'm not doing the themes in the order the movies came out, so make sure to subscribe to see which princess I do next month!
I hope you all enjoy this video and I'm very interested to know which spread was your favorite / least favorite.

I'm so sorry you lost your dad and cousin, lost my Grandma last year and she was a third parent to me. Raised me since I was a baby and lived with us so I understand at times you just miss them so much and get very emotional. I love your spreads, the more the better 😁 They would be proud of you for doing what you love ❤️
Thank you! I’m so sorry about your grandma as well, I know how you feel. I lost my grandad in 2020 and he lived with me since I was 5 years old too and he was like a second dad to me. It’s rough but we’ve got to keep going and enjoy life in their honor❤️

I think this theme is perfect for this month and all that you have been through! Stop apologizing for the simplicity of this theme; it's gorgeous, well thought out, and very meaningful! I love that you don't just do random doodles from these movies. Everything has a purpose and a meaning; your art goes deeper than just watercolors. I believe that you show just as much strength as Mulan :)

First, I'm so sorry for your loss and the fact that you haven't been doing well. I hope you are able to self care and just allow yourself to grieve.
Second, girl, when you said "minimal spread" I was like aww ... Then you turned the page and I was like wow!!!! These were really well done. I can't even imagine how it would have looked otherwise. You managed to capture everything.
Last, I have 2 favorite spreads, the first is the camp because again, that's where she actually learns to be a soldier; the second is the burned village scene because that's where she really manages to balance warrior with compassion. It's a hallowing scene, but it's a growth moment for her.
But, I kept expecting Mushu and cricket 😭😭😭 and they never showed. But again, I think your Belle spread spoiled me 😅
Again, I really hope that you are taking care of yourself during this time. And sending prayers your way.
Omg thank you you’re so sweet! Glad you enjoyed the spreads! I was really tempted to include Mushu and cricket but I was just picking my reference photos as fast as I could and ended up not finding a place for them😭 if I did include them though I definitely would’ve done it similar to how I did lumiere and cogsworth in my February spread, or similar to how I did flounder and Sebastian in my March spread!

I have been so impatent for this video! I saw all of your other ones in one day and am SO intrigued! I really wish I had the ability to sit still long enough to make beautiful planners like that. I probably wouldn't even use them because they are SO pretty. I would keep them hidden away to look at lmao.

I think for next year, you could continue to do Disney princess, just the "unofficial princesses" -- Elsa, Anna, Anastasia (now a part of Disney), Kida Nedakh, Megara, Vanellope Von Schweetz, Princess Sophia, Melody, Princess Eilonwy, Nala, Tiger Lily, Giselle, Princess Atta, and Dot, Elena de Avalor
There are more than twelve there, so you can see which ones you like and can find a nice theme/spread for
