Garden Grove in Orange County has a huge Vietnamese population, they also have grocery stores, you may be able to go down there shop & see the English translations of the vegetables in question... if you have internet you could also use Google Lens... Garden Grove has two populations the white people that never talked to anybody except other white people & the Vietnamese that are very nice & friendly, they have all kinds of interesting sandwich shops, iced coffee's, desserts pastries, the French were a big influence on their baking, everything served on a baguette.. they also have the Elvis bar which is near Coastline Community College...

No I was ok honestly! I never been sick in Asia but I use extreme caution with what I eat…
