FINALLY a comprehensive look at a "generic" (ie. not Fitbit) fitness tracker! I've been itching to order one exactly like this off Amazon, but I've been too hesitant, not knowing how good it would be. You, sir, just helped me to make up my mind! TYSM!
Going outside you can't see the screen how do you brighten it
Its pretty good I have and it stopped working two times the first time some really cold water came inside it all I did was let it sit and dry and it started to work again
You can't brighten it if you do it won't do anything

This is very helpful. I acquired a fitness bracelet via a rewards program connected to Amazon. It has NO identifying info (brand name, etc) and I needed update it for daylight savings time. As soon as I installed the app, my watch was updated. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ha, 2 yrs later, and this is still the best vid explaining how to use the damn thing lol. the fold out tells you only the basics really.
just got mine, and got it going, and i usually just figure out my toys by playing around with it, but this really helped ffwd the process. also good to see any more questions I had after watching were already answered below pretty much. thx for making the vid, the watch & app companies should pay you for it. :)

Mine came with an extra band. It's easy to wear on either left or right wrist. I sometimes wear a wrist brace and it fits well on my right wrist without getting in the way. I wanted a Fitbit but I'm glad I saved the money and purchased this instead.

It's green color. Black band all sold out
I cannot get mines to charge it's just staying red it's been on the charger for like an hour or more and I'm not liking it I only had to pay $2 but I want my money back I'm not happy with it
@@MsLynnChang816 try switching it around in the USB port . When it’s charging correctly it will show a green battery.

Was hoping he explained the sleep monitoring which is why I purchased this device.
In fact, you don’t need to set the sleep time. When you lie on the bed, the watch cannot recognize that you are asleep immediately. It needs to analyze your heart rate, movement and other factors. But please notice that only when your sleeping time reaches 4 hours, the sleeping time can be recorded.

the fact that the display turns off every 3 seconds seems agressive... can you set it to leave the display on the whole duration of the workoutm, or set the sleep time to a high number?
Great video thank you for helping me and lots of people across the world. I've actually purchased this myself and waiting for it soon. Cant wait. Does exactly what a Fitbit does and at a reasonable cheaper cost. Which is great. This will encourage me to do lots of physical activity.
One question if I was to go walking or running. I dont want to carry my phone ? Will it still record the data for steps or km or distance that I do ????

Very good review. Thank you much. How is time set? I either missed how to set time or maybe you didnt mention? I set up with no problem few months ago and had it set but when it wasnt used awhile, it went to random time and cant set.
Just open the app on your phone and force a sync or Reboot the Device under Device->More. It will sync the time with your phone also.

I recently bought a watch like the one in your video. Unfortunately it won't turn on at all...I don't know what to do. I tried charging it and the device tells me the battery is 100% charged yet the screen won't turn on.
Thank you for explaining. Too bad I have to install some bloatware kind like software to configure the thing. After setting it up I just disabled the app (as I might still have to use it in the future).

I lost patience with this video when he started weighing and measuring it but now im back because i cant find anything that makes sense to me! This is for "generic" and it already looks different from mine. I just want to set the time! Cant do it from the app (which is different from the one thisvideo says to get)but ill stick through to the end and hope i get results like everyone else! No.the app i was told to get, i cannot set the time or even see how to pair it with the app. Damn..

What's the make/model of this watch your reviewing . Is it worth buying or would you choose the 119 plus also sold on Wish . So as a person without a smartphone, this damn fit watch thing I spent like 30 bucks on is going to always be 14 hours slow and also 2 months in the future. Wonderful.
sync to a friends phone and then it will be fine for months. Your friend can delete the app after sync, you wont lose anything.

My watch won't connect to H Band or Very Fit Pro apps at all. I can't get it to connect. The time and date are off and I can't change it manually. I've tried turning Bluetooth on and off, I've tried restarting phone, app and the device itself. Any suggestions? It keeps telling me it can't find the device. It pops up momentarily but then disappears. Been trying all day.
