Thank you for making this amazing video about our store! It was a pleasure doing business with you. Looking forward to many more bulk deals in the future!
Your store is so cool! There are essentially no stores like yours in Central Florida. If I ever make it to your neck of the woods I'll be there in a heartbeat.
@Ancient Rights oh yeah! I've been to both their locations a lot. They have great selection. I just don't think it's on this stores level. I've never seen a wii collection like that before lol
Nice haul Caleb! It’s refreshing to see how honest and transparent you are in your business practices. I think you show that good things come to those who conduct themselves with integrity. Cheers bro! Love your videos!
I like how you are fair with your offers. Way too many people want to pay $10 for $50 games, you are always over 50% of the value and taking a risk if it doesnt sell and drops. You probably bought more in that one day than he sells in a month. He should have just taken your offers on the other games, at some point you have to cut your losses on bad investments especially if you have multiple copies....plus you bought so much more from him to make up for a few $6 games. He should have offered you a partnership in his store so you have no out of pocket expenses, just list all his games for him and you take a percentage when it sells
@Ancient Rights Dude he's making the market more efficient. He's supplying games to people in markets that don't have copies near by or to people who prefer to shop online. Totally net positive.
REALLY like seeing the organization in this store and just the number of games in their original cases. Those disc only stacks in the back gotta be tall :)
16:18 This is something that I'm trying to get better at - managing my time and dealing with random stuff while also trying to make time to source/list. The COVID shot was something I put off a couple of weeks because I work full time and didn't want to have any side effects on my days off when I source - ended up not being bad at all once I got it. That looked like a long day's work but the haul at the end of it had to be worth it - thanks for the video.
I bet once the shop owner saw who you were he saw Dollar Signs 🤑. It's great that you are able to support his small business. Wish you success in this haul Caleb.
Pretty slimy for a store not to price any items and for the customer to have to ask about all the prices on their games. Not cool when record stores do it, not cool when game stores do it either.
Today I scored the deal of a lifetime in my opinion! My local retro store had a jungle version n64 that came with 1 matching controller w/cables for $100 with a hidden jumper pak. I was then also able to add to that bundle super Mario 64, super smash bros, Mario party 3 (I know 2 is more popular), banjo tooie, another atomic purple controller all for $200 flat! It also helps when you’ve built a friendship with your local retro store but they did me a solid and I’m super excited to have this in my collection!
I see you're coming to Southeast Game Exchange in July. I'll be there for sure and look forward to seeing your thoughts on that show. It's a really big show now... Lot of fun
I know Clarksville is up to 3 GameStop’s now from 1 when I attended nearby Murray State 20-ish years ago, & Murray is a bigger town than Clarksville, but Clarksville is still a college town (Austin Peay) & I can’t believe a retro/modern independent game store would have that much back stock in 2021.
The owner heard you were hungry and ordered you three name brand pizzas? You were definitely hooking him up so it was nice to return the favor in pizza, as a true gentleman is oft to do, of course!
Do you buy on a credit card and hope to make profit before you need to pay the bill or do you just pay cash/debit? I see tons of resellers who spend 10k 20k and say its all on credit and they pay it off with the sales they make.
I buy EVERYTHING I can on credit card....I have gone on 2 week long vacations for free with the points I’ve accumulated...multiple times......but I always pay my card off the very next statement....I’ve never paid any money on interest on any of my cards.....honestly if you are able to do it responsibly, it’s stupid not to use credit....you are giving money away
Hey Caleb, could you just add the actual date of the video's footage on the down right corner in the start of each videos, would make it even better for your Instagram followers that get the sneak peaks pretty early
Game hunting is so expensive in the USA! Even in the Uk I have seen used games cheaper than this. Japanese copies are even cheaper. No wonder the US is the best country to resell games.
@@Lamar4mvp it's not over paying when you're making 100% ROI on most items. If anything he is fair and wants his connections to feel like they didn't get ripped off. The people overpaying are the goobers that only buy games from Amazon instead of eBay and local second hand shops.
that guy probably does do that, and he makes even more profit because he sells in a store front with no fees or shipping cost, and he does bulk deals like this to grab a quick 6.5k. I bet that guy has multiple hustles
@@Trick0ut No fees? You must not know about overhead.. Dude wastes an awful lot on electricity & rent that he wouldn’t need if he just sold online. Overpaying youtuber(s) don’t walk into the store every day.

Did you see how many games he has in that store??? There aren’t enough hours in day to be sourcing, running a brick and mortar game store and worrying about listing on eBay and Amazon. This was a win-win for both of them.
Were the games in his store not price marked? Does he store the price in his system or does he price games based on current internet pricing when people bring the games up to the counter? Super cool video
I feel that he should have been a little more generous with the deals. The reason why he has so many games in stock is because he’s the worst type of seller who expect the highest price ever sold on eBay. You clearing out his inventory honestly helps him more than you. I love your videos and I hope sellers are more willing to cut you deals in the future

I'm surprised there isn't an AR app that lets you scan the spines, then highlights the ones above a certain value for you
For sure. Even scanning the cover of a book sucks so I dunno if it's the algorithm or the tech that's the problem.
Would love to see a follow up of this vid! Nice score
Nice nice nice🔥good vid Caleb 💪
