In my case, router1 is same, but router0 is connected to another router (router3) which is connected to 2 OTHER router (router4 and router5), and those two (router4 and router5) are connected to jtheir own switches and PCs. Is the principle same or is there a difference?

NAT is Applicable for public facing router. If your router 0 is internet connected router then usually NAT Will configured over there..
