    "I don't know if it's because I have ADHD..." It's because you have adhd, lol. Before you said you had ADHD, I was thinking, "I wonder if she has ADHD". I have ADHD too, so I think I'm allowed to laugh. I do the weekly checklist just like you do but I do ignore the "invisible" line. I list things for my morning and evening routine because I know that even though it's a routine, I need to be reminded of it on a daily basis. It is an important part of keeping myself sane. I feel like the weekly spread is good for ADHD for productivity and self-care. I can't do daily planning on a daily spread, I tried that with the Jibun Techo Days books this year. Completely failed. That said, daily journaling worked for me in the Hobonichi Cousin.
    High five for the ADHD!

    😬 It'll get better soon when the braces come off, then hopefully you'll feel more like 😁 lol. I'm using my yearly pages to track my daily steps, that is a great idea that was just like a 💡moment when I heard you say it.

      @@kyra_james Thank you for responding and making videos! I was able to learn about Hobonichi planners just recently from watching your channel. 😊 I had just started with the Happy Planner for 2024, which has a similar yearly pages set up. When I saw your Hobonichi yearly and what you're doing, I was like "That's exactly what I'm doing with those pages!" I ended up having two sets of yearly pages for 2024 so I thinking about also tracking how much money I spend or can add to my savings account in my yearly.

    Looks really good! 😬 I love the Weeks but need more space to write each day, so I’m going with the B6 Yearly Notebook from PaperTess for 2024. We’ll see…

    I feel like keeping my gym stuff on paper never works for me!!
    I have a simple google spread sheet that has two lists of exercises (four for each list) going straight down with a title over each saying "set 1" and "set 2". I just alternate them whenever I exercise.
    I write the date, weight, set, and number of reps in a new column ... My soft goal is just keeping up with it.

    • @kyra_james
      @kyra_james  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That’s awesome! Gym stuff is tricky for me too on paper, I feel like if I’m not strict it’s all for nothing but I’m definitely not going to be strict ever ha. I like how doable that is with your two lists, that’s a great idea! Thanks for watching!!!
