I can't remember what TH-camr introduced me to the term "Project Pan" but I remember being excited to start last January...well here we are a year later and I'm getting more serious about it - I just posted my first video introducing the products I'm going to work on this year!!! Thanks for the constant inspiration, Rebecca!
Mine has had a slight playdoh scent ever since I got it! Nothing overpowering and it’s never changed in scent or performance. Did yours have a different scent prior to owning it for 6 months??
@@RebeccaMorgan I noticed my milk makeup blush stick smelled really good when I first got it, fresh and slightly fruity. Now it just smells like play doh 😝 but it still works great!
I'm definitely continuing on with my panning this year. I do a full face rolling project. Last year I almost included samples in my project and it really helped me get my samples down to a more manageable amount.
Love this eye look! Your looks are always so creative. :) This will be the first year I'm doing a rolling project pan! I did just pan those eyeshadows last year semi-sucessfully and didn't want to overwhelm myself but I am ready and excited for this year's panning.
I am so excited for this project! Your content is so soothing and I love your down to earth personality. I am doing a rolling 10 pan this year and my video went up today! ❤
I'm doing a "23 in '23" project myself. Simple goal: Finish 23 full or Sephora mini-size makeup products. I did a 22-pan project last year and finished ahead of schedule, so I'm confident I can do this!
Im exactly the same with make up samples - it’s like knowing that once they’re open I need to commit to it until it’s done just gives me the fear! Love the start of a fresh new project, good luck!
Excited to follow your project! I just decided to start my first ever project pan and am planning to upload the intro video this week to my channel. Not sure what to expect but excited to get started
I am also doing rolling project pans! I separated mine into makeup, skincare, and nail polish and within the makeup section I do have a few projects I posted intros to. I can’t wait to see how you progress through another year and see how different your collection is by the end!
I was able to finish or get good use out of a whole lot of aging and almost-empty products in my 2022 project, so while I have a few things I'd like to finish (or use well before they expire), I will mostly stick to usage-based goals just to make sure I rotate through things. I already rotate my eyeshadow palettes (10) weekly, and I have also been keeping single shadows in my bag for ten uses at a time, which has been successful.
This is exciting! I love the new project pan. I've chosen a sunscreen, skin tint, pressed powder, loose powder, mascara, single eyeshadow, brow pencil, two lip glosses one colored one clear.
Such an exciting selection of products for your new project pan! I‘m also doing a rolling project 10 pan, but focusing exclusively on the non cruelty free products left in my collection (which still are a lot😅). I‘ll be documenting it on my Instagram, it really helps staying motivated and is really excited to share my progress with other panners 😍
I finished all my lipstick samples in partners in cream last year and had a blast doing it - you get it a lot in those samples! I am doing a rolling 13 pan as that was the number of items I wanted to work on. I don't really have gimme products due to having finished up so much so it will be slow and steady till the train starts rolling and items start to really move so will be content to follow you along for that too :)
I'm doing for sure a Pan that polish again and a Pan that face palette for the first time (only on YT, not IG) and maybe Deck of panning plus some seasonal projects! Good luck on your project 😀✨😀✨
I was initially thinking a usage goal but I’m just kinda curious to see how it plays out with that product. Idk why but that feels right to me for this particular item 😅
I’ll be posting my 2023 intro soon. I tried pan in my mini CT film star duo. I’m almost done with the bronzer side and I recently hit pan on the highlighter. Fingers crossed I finish them both this year 🤞
I’ve been trying to pan the milk makeup bronzer for a year and using it every single day as my sole bronzer has done little to no dent in it 😭 but I did finish the CT bronzer in less than a year, so there’s that.
Fantastic, it will be nice to see how much progress you manage to make on that milk bronzer, from the time I found your channel you had and love that bronzer, will be the end of an era. Will you repurchase?
I likely won’t repurchase just because I’m kind of curious to try out a different formula eventually. But it will always be a love of mine! And I am going to keep using it and enjoying it until I absolutely can’t anymore! Hahah 😅
That bronzer stick is no joke i got mind at tj maxx for 10 bucks it matches my nc 37 skintone whoops so foundation stick it is that be in my partners in cream coming up on the 10th of this month
It really might be the only way I’ll get use out of them! I have had some for quite a while but am genuinely curious to try out the formulas! Thank you for your encouragement 🥰
I think it would be fun if you replace the sample with another sample, and keep doing that throughout the whole year!🤩
That would be fun! And a good way to keep on hitting goals! 🥰
😍 right! Wishing you the best of luck aaaall the way from sweden😘
@@kiaklint awe thank you!! 🥰
That is a really great idea!
I had the same thought!
I love that you explain your project pan! It helps me break down how I would like to work through my own makeup.
I’m so glad you enjoy it and find it helpful!!
I have panned the CT duo. I used the highlight to set my eye primer and that helped
Ohhh I will reach for it that way for sure!! Thanks for the recommendation!!

Pepper and her carrot is so cute!! I can’t wait to follow along with your panning this year, you have some lofty goals!!
I know right 🥹 she’s too adorable!
My mini of the milk bronzer turned within 6 months. Full on playdoh scented. I can’t believe yours is still going strong! I loved that thing.
Hiya, mine smelled that way from day 1 and I reached out to others that I knew had it and all theirs smelled the same way.

@@RebeccaMorgan I noticed my milk makeup blush stick smelled really good when I first got it, fresh and slightly fruity. Now it just smells like play doh 😝 but it still works great!
I decluttered my milk bronzer for the same reason. The playdoh scent got so strong it was unbearable

I've been watching you, and other panners for years now, and after finally trying it for myself I'm hooked! It's so much fun!
Yay, I’m so glad you are enjoying panning! Love to hear it!

Awe thank you so much for watching Erin!! I'll definitely check out your intro 🤗
Love your eye look today! It’s a wonderful splash of colour but it still looks “wearable” which is a nice balance!
Awe thank you so much!
@@RebeccaMorgan I love it too and I am new to your channel- I was wondering if you do any make-up tutorials on your looks? or if you will👀

I’m panning the CT Bronze & Glow too but I’m only panning the bronzer side. 😊
Ouuu how exciting! We can work on that product together 🥰
Excited to follow your project! I just decided to start my first ever project pan and am planning to upload the intro video this week to my channel. Not sure what to expect but excited to get started
So exciting!! Good luck!!
you can use powdered highlighters as a base product before your foundation. You’ll get a similar effect as the flawless filter.
I have never tried applying a powder highlighter under base products but I’m excited to try! Thanks for the tip!
That’s so smart! Or mixing a bit of powder highlight with your moisturizer maybe?
You can also use it with your lotion all over your body in the warmer months
@@tiffanyscharklett1120 I’ve done that too, worked pretty well!
So excited to see how you get on! I love this time of year when you get to start fresh, I’m hoping I’ve chosen well 😬
Could you try franken-ing that CT highlighter with something else? That might make it easier to use.
My 2023 project should be going up on Tuesday! So excited to see your progress this year- you always have the best project pans!
I am also doing rolling project pans! I separated mine into makeup, skincare, and nail polish and within the makeup section I do have a few projects I posted intros to. I can’t wait to see how you progress through another year and see how different your collection is by the end!
That’s a great idea to break up your products into different focus projects! Good luck!!
I’m super inspired to start my own project pan
Oh that is so exciting! I highly recommend giving it a try if you are feeling inspired 🥰

Yay!! 🤗🤗
I will be starting this project, the video should be up Saturday. I'm excited 😊
Yay best of luck on your project!! You got this!!
Excited for another great project!
Here’s to hoping it all goes well!
Excited for your progress & how realistic your goals are!!!
Im doing a rolling project pan...9 items & a face Palette 🤪😬🤣
Good luck with all your focus products!!
@@RebeccaMorgan thank you!
The too faced primer will be in my project too!
Oh that’ll be so fun to work on it together!!
I love that Auric cream shadow! ❤
It is so so pretty 🥰
I really enjoy your project pan videos ❤
Thank you so much!! 🥰
If you have a liquid blush you could mix the CoverFX drops with it!
This is a great idea!! Thanks for the suggestion!!
I used to mix the cover fx drops with my body lotion and it was so pretty all over the body especially on the chest and shoulders :)
This sounds so so perfect! 🤩
I mixed mine with my sunscreen during the summer and just made myself super glowy. It was a fun way to use the product
I’m starting my first project pan this year! Also 10 products rolling :)
Oh how exciting!! Good luck with all your focus products ☺️ I hope you enjoy panning!!
Commenting at 12:14 what if you assign a 50 usage goal to the film star bronze glow?

Yeah that bronzer is bonkers 😅 good luck working on it! Definitely good value for money to day the least!
@@RebeccaMorgan it is! my only qualm is it’s always smelled like play dough so I don’t know when it’s gone bad. Will it smell even worse? Who knows.

Lip liners take me forever too 😅
They are so difficult lol 😂
This eye look is stunning.
Thank you 🥰
Great Video Rebecca Morgan Lol
Thanks Nelson!
Powder highlighter tip: pat it on with fingers!
Definitely going to give it a try like that after seeing how much softer it was with the swatch! ✨ thanks for the tip!
I've got a project pan going on my channel too, and I'm Canadian too. :D Good luck this year!
Ouu exciting! I’ll check it out 🥰 good luck on your project!!

Oh wow it would be a great formula as a foundation stick actually! Are you enjoying using it that way??
@@RebeccaMorgan sad part it works better in the winter in the summer it doesnt stay on my face that well
I love the idea of using this project to work thru a bunch of your samples. No shame in giving yourself some gimme products.
It really might be the only way I’ll get use out of them! I have had some for quite a while but am genuinely curious to try out the formulas! Thank you for your encouragement 🥰
Seriously, who needs 28g of cream bronzer?!
Hahahaha right!! So much makeup!! I never realized just how excessive it was when I purchased it lol 😂 lesson learned!!
I am doing a project pan on my channel NJ’s Beauty ‘n’ More.
