Can you do some really basic teaching stuff. Instead of advanced things ? Like Importing library's from Digikey Or creating a library group for projects ? Or making shaped pcb's etc etc. Love this channel and value it alot !
I'm very annoyed at Autodesk for discontinuing the stand-alone Eagle. The electronic design tools built into Fusion 360 are very clunky, and I don't want to store files on the cloud.
theres no need to place the components in their own layer? they belong to the nets layer? we were working in school with eagle 20 years ago and i remember that the components had their own layer. Am i wrong?
Is 0.1 Inch grid world standard or it's just in the USA? I'm form country with metric system and I'm curious if in the EU it's some different value. Good tutorial anyway. Thanks for uploading.

I don't understand how the library is so empty concerning components commonly used. I think that is lazy and inexcusable. 30 years and the library still sucks. Not only that, but even if you know the size of the components, it's not easy to edit those perimeters and simply save them into the common library...That would be the smarter option wouldn't it? So far, Eagle is spending all of this money paying youtube advertisers instead of doing what is right.
@@JasonLeaman not only that, but their platform always uses small text which doesn't allow windows to "cntrl +" to enlarge it. So, it's not user-friendly.

schematic editor does not look like that. you did not mention which version of eagle you are using. probably not 9.6.2
