- No lie, I really did sell all my ETH a few months ago. But now I may be regretting my decision after the surprise ETF approval. What do you think about my thesis and reasoning after watching this video?

Nah. Blackrock will tokenize everything onto ETH. All the big boys will sell ETH exposure in the financial world. Hold ETH. Hold SOL. Hold BTC. Those are the three that will continue to rise consistently. Most of the rest is a gamble.
I was thinking the exact same thing before we had the ETF announcement. Now, I'll hold on a bit more, but at the end of the day, I'll probably sell if we see a huge spike in ETH because of your arguments

Strange that before the defaltionary upgrade, eth had a meteoric rise being very inflationary. Then it became deflationary, that didn't help the price, now it's inflationary again and going up. It think the small difference in issuance is irrelevant compared to adoption.

Bitcoin has this security budget problem going on. I mean how do you expect to pay miners 2% of what they were paid and still expect enough miners to secure the network?
Ordinal NFT is tied to individual sat, meaning you could accidentally send your NFT when you send BTC. A result of using things in an unintended way, because Bitcoin doesn't have smart contract.
Also a result of no smart contract, Bitcoin can't have real L2. They can only do side chains.

Best time to buy Solana was in the bear market. It was a pretty good bet considering it was well adopted and had so many things going against it short term. So People panicked and oversold.
And the Worst time to sell ETH is right now because of the ETF approval, Verkle tree’s and other major upgrades that are almost complete, as well as the lowest supply on exchanges since genesis which is even lower then bitcoins.
Everyone should own Bitcoin, ETH, and SOL….. they are easily top 3 right now but keep in mind Solana’s wicked good performance is just it recovering from a brutal sell off…. It’s still further from ATH vs ETH. ETH performance hasn’t been nearly as bad as people think it held up pretty well in the bear market and was first to run up because of the merge so it’s been flat lately.

well, you still have AVAX which is ~3x from the bottom, NEAR which is ~7x from the bottom, EGLD which is only ~70% from the bottom. Tokens with a quite low risk and pretty high reward. There are many other good options to buy on spot. You have plenty of time.

Eth may do a 4X, so what, meme coins have done better so far, even though it looks like alts are starting to bottoming out. Until Bitcoin pumps, the cycle won't really start. If anything I don't see fresh liquidity come in until the start of 4th quarter and into next year.

Eth has value but in terms of its growth isn't until those US dollars start flooding back home. If the BRICS start a gold backed currency, it's game over for most fiat currencies and game on for crypto generally.

Eth gas fees are STILL HIGH!!! The purpose of crypto is to be cheaper than fiat. I dump all coins including BTC that have high fees or not decentralized enough. SEC is actually doing true crypto a favor because the can only go after the ones that are not decentralized enough.
Personally, I'd still put $ETH on the safe side of my Barbell Strategy because tradFi is only starting to have exposure to Bitcoin and learn about Ethereum, not Solana-at least not the tradFi people I have come across. As for L2s, yes, I agree that they are more like ETH's competitors than companions these days XD

The inflation on ETH is just 0,4% per year, Solana is 4% per year. ETH still have huge volume, better than Solana. Most of the L2s have same low fees as Solana. Even BNB is better, than Solana. Just my thoughts.
Most of the best projects are launched in ETH, anytime we can exchange eth in to other best projects. Always portfolio should have 10~25% of ETH.
