A plastic washer between the metals would help. :)
Thats a good idea. Next time im up there i will take some M8 nylon washers. Cheers
I would have the top plates welded rivits may not hold that would be hard to fix on the water just a thought.
That's a great ideia, I don't have a welder that can do aluminium though. Still these are 6mm rivits and there's 8 of them just for the plates so i think it will be ok. But yes, welded would be better. Cheer's
