There's a slim chance that everyone who plays your custom chart will properly support the original artist since they can download it off somewhere illegally. Please don't justify creating custom charts like this, It's extremely rude towards music artists.

The only option is to have a open source game based on Muse Dash. It's very unlikely a map editor would happen in this game.
