Use a reference drawing to start off. Once you see how hair naturally falls and moves you’ll be able to draw it better. Try drawing from different angles and different styles. For me personally curly hair is harder than wavy or straight hair. You don’t have to draw each individual hair either. Draw the shape as a whole and then add details like lines or sprigs that stick out.
I don't know why, but I think that she should be voiced by Stephanie Sheh, who also voices Manon in Miraculous Ladybug. She would be so adorable as the annoying kid-sister that everyone comes to love!!

What I think is her personality would be sweet and bouncy, not exactly shy like fluttershy or over excited like pinkie Her main hobbies would be magic and dress making but she would occasionally do some sports on the side. She can be pretty hot headed and stubborn, despite mostly being positive. She's pretty dramatic at times and has trouble apologising and admitting she did something wrong
My headcanon is that when they fuse the pone has white fur since each of them is a color of the rainbow (light color) and they use good magic. The fusion sure would be very powerful. This is so cute tho
