I think the main six look better like this because it gives of more of the vibe there suppose to be giving of. Like applejack,the way she looks in the show makes her look like a country model when this redesign tells you she is a farm girl.

I really like these designs, I love how diverse they all are! For example, I like that Pinkie is kinda chubby and applejack has a muzzle that kinda hangs down ❤️❤️❤️
you do know that the last unicorn is modeled after ancient tapestry's right? the original design for the unicorn is much more like a scrawny deer-legged horse with one narwhal horn and an exaggerated donkey's tail

Every character being good at singing is really damn annoying, but if only a few, like sweetie belle and flutter shy, were good at it and did it I think it’d be nice, and maybe pinkie singing badly but happily because it would fit her.

All the programs I use are free, I use clipgrab to download audio off nocopyrightsounds on youtube, hypercam 2 to record myself (it can pause/unpause so i dont have to straight up keep drawing for three hours LOL) and windows movie maker to edit/put it together, though lately it's been a little glitchy. But it's free!

i’m not even into my little pony like at all but i can say i prefer these designs to the original for sure. while i may not love every one of the design choices, the fact that their faces and bodies are not all carbon copies makes the characters wayyy more dynamic and interesting to look at. i also like how you draw ears more like actual stylized horse ears, and i really really like the more traditional unicorn tail. it really makes them seem like different species(?) rather than just having a horn or wings. your art style is very pleasing to look at and these are great character redesigns overall :)
