    Erin, what do you make of sleeping on the floor? I've tried it a few times without consistency. Sometimes I feel great, other times I feel quite sore but was told that's a good thing. What you think?

      Great question! I have to think on it a little bit. It reminds me about the whole conversation of being barefoot, versus in shoes all the time. With fascia as a focus, it takes time for it to renew and heal, but in time if you are sleeping on the floor, you should start to notice some levels of comfort in some areas of your body, while potentially more discomfort and others that you didn’t have before. Just some quick thoughts
