Week 40: Bodybuilding and Relaxing.

  • Week 40 was the final stretch of a 5-week hypertrophy inducing regimen. Now I've reached a much needed deload week while I travel. I'm going to heal up, eat nutritious food, keep my step count high, and enjoy my travels.
