with all the hypes around Mahomes, I think he is an underrated leader. I don't think people realize that other than a generational talent, he is also a tremendous leader for that team.
I agree with this being the toughest path to win the Super Bowl. Considering the WR struggling and their offence, led the league in drop passes and a lot of penalty, their defence is what kept them so dominate. They held the Dolphins to 7 points the whole game, didn't allowed the Bills to score in the fourth quarter and hold the best team in AFC of the Ravens to 10 points. Mahomes has proven why he is the best QB in the NFL right now. He show up in the big moments when he can.
I laugh at anybody that say these games are rigged or scripted! This was easily the Chiefs toughest path to the Super Bowl. Had to win two tough road games against two good teams the Bills and Ravens. The Dolphins game was a freebie. The Niners game was a tough one. Mahomes proved even in an off year that he is still the best quarterback in the league! The gap between Mahomes and everyone else just got WiDER! The gap between the Chiefs and everybody else got wider too. 3 rings in 5 years. The Chiefs are officially an NFL dynasty.

@jarodmorris611 True. And it does tell you how long it's been since the Chiefs had a great defense. The Chiefs defense during the other two superbowl runs, three if you want to include the one they lost, were just good enough to get by.

@@jakeusaf9401 I am too young for Bradshaw and just caught the end of Montana's career when he was a Chief ( I was 10). But I saw a lot of Brady, who is considered better than those two. I don’t know if 49ers talked about the possibility of that fake motion screen pass before that play but they should’ve known that was coming..it’s wasn’t a slow gradual motion the receiver sprinted in motion , that should’ve given it away.
The thing I noticed in today's NFL is the defenders are more focused to strip the ball rather than tackle the runner, the offensive player gets two to four extra yards and closer to a first down and the drive continues. they need to get back to the fundamentals of the game and not try to be a hero, that's how you lose.
Watching these highlights back makes me appreciate my KC CHIEF'S run this year you can see why Mahomes is who he is and how the team came together to get the Championship KC IS THE TOWN ALL AROUND THE GLOBE
Watching that final Lamar INT that was so, so bad. Slowing the video down he's got a crosser at the 12 for a first down if he holds that ball half a second. Receiver is in his break as the ball passes overhead. Ain't going to be an wide open catch, but by NFL standards it's pretty close. The DB had pretty clearly given up on the route with the ball in the air, but even if he didn't I still think that WR gets open. Yet Lamar decided triple coverage was the better option. It's almost like an imposter syndrome throw. "I am the superstar everyone says I am... or not."
I’m going to be the devil’s advocate here… The only reason that the Chiefs ended up in the Super Bowl is because other people made massive mistakes. And several of our games were basically Butker Bowls. It’s a good lineup but it’s not gonna work next year. We can’t have our field goal kicker winning 30% of the points.
at the moment i was confused why everyone thought romo ruined the call at the end, but looking back, it was really rough watching the chiefs realizing their champs, and the 9ers realize their season is over while romo talks about the playcall
Mahomes does fake throws when he's scrambling and he get's guys to bite on the fake. I mean we've seen him do crazier flips. Lamar fakes on a scramble and none of the Chiefs are putting their hands up like they're buying it.

Feb 2022 SB: No KC
Feb 2023 SB: KC beats PHI
Feb 2024 SB: KC beats SF AGAIN
That's 4 Super Bowl appearances in 4 calendar years. KC has Mahomes for at least 7 more seasons WOW!
Years mixed up
Mahomes GOAT
I don’t know if 49ers talked about the possibility of that fake motion screen pass before that play but they should’ve known that was coming..it’s wasn’t a slow gradual motion the receiver sprinted in motion , that should’ve given it away.
Kansas City Chiefs is Home team
Under pressure from McDuffie’s blitz, Brock Purdy failed to find open receivers, and when Jones broke free he was unsuccessful again..😢
Mahomes and Chiefs still own the 49ers
Chiefs and a goat 🐐
Keep this defense together & we'll get another one & another one! We Khalid in this b....
The silent hero has to be Trent McDuffie.
Most definately 100%
Trent Dilfer; the worst QB with a Super Bowl Ring.
The thing I noticed in today's NFL is the defenders are more focused to strip the ball rather than tackle the runner, the offensive player gets two to four extra yards and closer to a first down and the drive continues. they need to get back to the fundamentals of the game and not try to be a hero, that's how you lose.
McDuffie is a beast!
Watching these highlights back makes me appreciate my KC CHIEF'S run this year you can see why Mahomes is who he is and how the team came together to get the Championship KC IS THE TOWN ALL AROUND THE GLOBE
Butker is the glue that holds this team together!!!
10:38 my favourite celebration
Watching that final Lamar INT that was so, so bad. Slowing the video down he's got a crosser at the 12 for a first down if he holds that ball half a second. Receiver is in his break as the ball passes overhead. Ain't going to be an wide open catch, but by NFL standards it's pretty close. The DB had pretty clearly given up on the route with the ball in the air, but even if he didn't I still think that WR gets open. Yet Lamar decided triple coverage was the better option. It's almost like an imposter syndrome throw. "I am the superstar everyone says I am... or not."
Wide right... the 2 most dreaded words in buffalo... followed by "13 seconds."
Phenomenal QB. Best ever.
Athletically he is
Defense still wins championships, no matter how good your quarterback is.
Josh Allen is my favorite player behind Mahomes. That dude is so much fun to watch play
Yes you can because you just saw it....... PLEASE DON'T SAY A TEAM CAN'T DO SOMETHING THEY JUST DID?
Bosa and Warner sucked in OT when it mattered most. LMAO
All that money they're making too 🙈 😢
Brutal men ✊
I see now why Romo ruined it..... Going back and watching this again...... He rambled wayyyyyy too long! Shut up and enjoy the moment!
at the moment i was confused why everyone thought romo ruined the call at the end, but looking back, it was really rough watching the chiefs realizing their champs, and the 9ers realize their season is over while romo talks about the playcall
At 11-6 going into the playoffs, the Chiefs were in trouble but Patrick Mahomes wasn’t.
❤❤GO CHIEFS ❤❤
If they want to 3peat they must keep jones, mcduffie, sneed, Bolton, tranquil, omenihu
The defense carried the offense through the entire playoffs .. #95 and company brought the A game. They believe in #15 .. underdogs 🤣
The Tomato 🍅 Can Beaters! The Kansas City Chiefs!
Do people realize how young the chiefs ?
Bosa was fooled so many times by Mahomes!!
They showed percivernce and heart it wasn't handed to them .... ..they put it the work!!!!!!! GO CHEIFS!!!!!!
For some reason the USA men's bball final brought me here🤷🏿♂️
… as such their steel was tempered by fire
That's my boys!!!
Allen has PTSD
This was hard my team came thru
i was at the dolphins-chiefs game
Tyreek could have had three SB rings by now but has only one cause he lost his way.
Because money lol greed
Don't hate on Reek for getting his bag. He gave 110% while here.
Mahomes does fake throws when he's scrambling and he get's guys to bite on the fake. I mean we've seen him do crazier flips. Lamar fakes on a scramble and none of the Chiefs are putting their hands up like they're buying it.
And Pat called for Hartman before that play that won them the Super Bowl
