I find it cute that Opera loves and cares for Iruma just as much as Sullivan, considering Opera got equally annoyed when finding out Iruma was being used as an errand boy.
Opera has always been that way. He is just more reserved. But the moment Iruma asked literally anything of him he would do it without question.

I have a few theories why Sullivan told Baichiko:
1. She is totally enamored with Sullivan. Sullivan knows this, making her moldable to follow orders astutely.
2. She knows how it is to be lowly before the time he placed the pink bow-tie on her, so she can relate to Iruma.
3. Most of all, he knew she had no disciple, no student to teach. All the demons that were under her tutelage failed miserably in using the magical bow. She lost all hope, became to cynical, and very bitter. In sending Iruma to prove her wrong and give her hope, it worked two-fold that she was extra-proud and even stood up for him in the teacher's tent when no teacher would defend him in the Harvest festival. She is *literally* a *teacher-of-one.*
Sullivan telling her one of the most sensitive and most crucial secrets, he knew that she would safe-guard it quite closely because Sullivan saw she is in the *special* set of circumstances to do so.
Most likely, it's even more simple. It's a basic political move, without any risk at all. Bachiko is basically one of the trusty Sullivan's retainers and obviously the next in line to be the head of the Barbatos Clan. There's little doubt that Sullivan bought Iruma to be the next Demon King, and since Iruma expressed since then that he's not opposed to it, that's all. It's not as if his adopted grandson could have too many political support, whether for accessing the throne or afterwards, nor as if Sullivan could offer her the same level of proximity than for Alice or Sabrock, for instance, since Bachiko obviously can't be Iruma's classmate. As for the risks, as I said, they're non-existent, since he can get rid of that memory without breaking a sweat.
Point 3 is just plain wrong since it was Keligo who chose the misfit class’s tutors. I’m pretty sure Sullivan didn’t have any part in it.

@@catd5307 As per the episodes I saw, Robin was chosen by Kalego but Sullivan especially requested Bachiko for Iruma and even Robin asked Bachiko for help so.. It was intended that way by Sullivan.

@@KoPLeaderKiactu I mean, at this point, most of the demons don't even know what a human is, they only show a interest in eating one because their education says eating humans is a good thing. It would be fairly stupid to admit to being one, but they are not actually malicious and would treat humans sort of like how we treat zoo animals, more with curiosity then anything. Ball and co are only ones seriously interest because most of them are fairly twisted from the get go.

I find it curious as to how much is Sullivan planning all this. It seems Iruma has some connection to the demon lord and Sullivan is helping develop him.
Even choosing Bachiko was well thought out. He wanted someone strong like the 13 greats to teach Iruma but who wasn't aligned with them or affiliated with any great demon groups. So Bachiko who thinks differently than most demons and being the outsider in all of this world's politics was the perfect choice.
Personaly i doubt that Sullivan is realy pushing or even plaing this. Sure he give Iruma some advice and help but overall he let him decide if he want to took this path.

Sullivan was VERY close the old demon king, and at the end of the harvest festival we've seen how... odd the old demon king was. But perhaps it ISN'T Sullivans plan, but the prior Demon King's plan to get a human on his throne? Why? I think it's pretty clear: For the lols
I think it’s a mixture of both Sullivan’s plans, and letting everything fall as it may. Sullivan is obviously setting the path up for Iruma, but this isn’t something that he can, or would be willing to, force on Iruma. He’ll set the stage, but Iruma must be the one to consciously step onto it.
I am happy that not just the bad guys had a feeling that Iruma was not a Demon but human. After this really shows that only why they are well known and respected Demons but they are clearly proper Adults who truly care for the next generation.

When Iruma first came to Babyls, he was very powerless and a worthless failure. Once the students and Ameri found out he was a human, they accepted him as one of the guys. A great feeling of acceptance throughout the entire anime, I can tell.👍
Sullivan is a great leader and grandfather, but when he opened his eyes I felt his power and authority being released, like a king imposing his will.
Iruma is lucky to have him and Opera as a family and his teacher.

I always remember Balam's reaction when he didn't find Iruma's wings and then when Iruma told him he's a human, unforgetable

It’s a good place to end season 3 at. And with the Music Festival shorter than the Harvest Festival, that means we can squeeze in The Demdol Games. Season 4 is going to be very music heavy with hopefully beautiful animation sequences for the big moments
i can't wait to see bachiko's reaction to iruma's part in the latter animated it was genuinely hilarious.
i cant wait for the demdol games, evil cycle irumi was a sight to behold and i cant imagine how its going to look in the anime
Bachiko teaches the arts of the archer, which requires great patience to learn. Normal demons that don't have archery-based innate abilities are incapable of the patience required to become archers. Iruma, as a human, is most suited to be an archer.

I wouldnt be surprised if he already knows. He's a logical person and would probably figure it out considering that it would be questionable why he is Iruma's familiar. Kalego just probably doesn't care and the fact that Iruma is human changes nothing to kalego. he is still a student that must be protected at all cost.
it also would kind contribute to the fact that Kalego wishes that Iruma would rely on others more, because he knows Iruma is "just" a human

They would be slightly unhappy that Iruma kep that a secret from them, but would still love him as a good friend.
They deserve to know tbh, they are Iruma’s close friends.
I think Clara wouldn't care, Az would probably have a bit of a reaction but would brush it off and still stick with Iruma, I think the same would apply to the entire misfit class
While it hasn't been said, I think Alice knows being a succubus and all. I think even his mom knows that as well
Most everyone's reaction would be much like Ameri's last season: "Yeah, but he's awesome, so I'll pretend I don't know." Except Sabock, probably, but he's weird.
I laughed so much at this scene and the speech of Sullivan badass and so cool. Loved it!

Not realy. I think what he planed from the start was to make Iruma into the next Demon King. This is my guess since i think in Sulivans mind no Demon would be able to do a proper Job.

@@PH03NIX96 Also makes sense from a mythological sense too. Solomon was a human who ruled over 72 demons. Many of the demon houses are named after or based off those demons. Sullivan also isn't too far off from the Japanese pronunciation of Solomon.

I doubt they were actually too mad because she merely treated him like she would any other demon...which is the perfect disguise for a human.

Not too much. Season 4 probaly 2 Arc will Focus with Part 1 on the Misfit Class themself and a bit Ameri. The second Part focuses heavie on Iruma Lied Amerie and Kerori with the main Focus Kerori and Iruma.

With the "Master" and "Stupid student" I had flashback to D.Gray-man 😅
Part of me feels like even if everyone found out Iruma was a human, they would have the immense trouble in believing that these "mythical creatures" called humans looked almost exactly like them and theonly way to tell them apart is seeing their lack of horns, tails, and wings. They might even begin trying to figure out how many humans are among them.
I never realize how come no one has called out Iruma's ears? All Demons have pointy ears yet he has round ones.
Pretty sure a few other demons have rounded ears so they might chalk it up to him being different, kinda like how he has "small wings"
Demons seem to come in all different shapes and sizes. Compared to animal heads and chicken legs, rounded ears probably don't stand out much.
