I don’t know if you can find matcha in German supermarkets but I found out that you can buy it in DM and Rossmann. Both cost a rounded up 10€. In Asian supermarkets it a expensive too
Hi eyol, if you wanna try to go heavier with weight 4:20 I suggest you do the drop set method.
You begin your set with a heavier weight and do them for a small amount of reps. Maybe 2 sets of 6-8 reps (4-6 if it might be hard) then you do your working set for another set of maybe 8-10 reps, and then a light weight for 12-15 reps. You can alter the numbers however you want, the point is to start heavy so you can get used to it! Hope this helps :)

이욜님 영상 항상 잘보고 있어요!!:) 이번 학기 교환학생으로 나가서 지금 준비중인데,, 도움 많이 얻고 있습니다..♡ 저 혹시 요즘에 독일 날씨가 어떤지 알 수 있을까요?? 3월 중순에 입독하는데, 패딩을 챙겨야할지.. 경량패딩이면 충분할지/ 패딩이나 코트 같은 게 꼭 있어야하는 날씨일지.. 넘 헷갈리네요ㅠㅠ 지금 한국은 20도까지 올라서 아우터가 필요없거든요 ㅎㅎ 조언부탁드립니당! 좋은하루 되세용 ㅎㅅㅎ
이제 따뜻해질 일만 남아서 코트까지는 필요없지만 그래도 아직 쌀쌀한 날이 많기두 하고 여름에도 날씨 안좋은 날에는 일교차가 크다고 하니 경량패딩 정도는 챙겨오셔야 할거예요!!!
자취하다보면 내가 밥 먹으려고 살고 있는 건가 싶긴해요. 돈 애낄려고 다 만들어먹다보니..
