Blue and white marble is probably a late 1950s Marble King shooter patch and ribbon marble, so ~ 65 years old. The teal marble looks like a 1930s Alley Agate swirl. Good to see you guys having fun with new detectors and Phillip picking up on hobby.

My dad told me that they used to shoot marbles out of slingshots when they were kids which may explain why there are so many around randomly in the ground
Super congrats on the very cool 1917 walking liberty half dollar!!! It has passed through a lot of hands in its life, and you saved it from oblivion. All respect and thanks for the video. The manticore is kicking butt! I love mine. It definitely makes old spots new again. I bought the 15” coil and that goes so deep I get wore out just digging each signal. It hits 12-15” dimes no problem! Good video guys!!!

Wow.! The silvers you guys pulled out of the ground is just sick! This video is unreal. Way to go, guys. It’s almost like you men were finding coins on an untouched layer of soil. I’ve often wondered this about old homesites where little old coins and relics are found. Is there a lower layer? But then why are some of the coins newer, and some coins are older. I was amazed to see John pull the worn silver half $ from a foot deep hole. 😎

Was that a shankless tombac button that Mike found? Good finds with the Manticore - got mine the about a week ago (your online store), haven't taken it out yet.
Manticore is special. You have to get used to the soft sounds. Those are deep targets like using a nugget machine with small gold nuggets. Tid and 2d screen cannot count on. But when hunting those soft woo woo signal you must be prepared to dig a lot of rusty bent square nails. But every once and awhile you get treated with very deep silver.
I been hunting with the Manticore bout 2 weeks and have found several deep civil war bullets on a site that I had quit finding items. I also went to a early school that I had quit finding much and dug some deeper mercs , buffalo nickels and wheats. Very deep machine. Have you all noticed how loud pinpoint mode is, even with volume fairly low? By the way, really enjoy the videos.
I've been detecting the same 200-year-old sports field for 19 years. I found silver again 2 years ago and a wheatie this year! Happy Hunting!

Did you say at the end you found the silver 1/2 dollar with the Deus? The video showed the Manicore lying on the ground next to the hole. Great job BTW. Now I am going to have to sell my 800 and get a Manicore. Dang it!

I find deep stuff about a week after a soaking rain. I think the moisture gets down to the coins and gives the signal a path.

I'm not sure, but they are super loud. I though when we first arrived that my car was messed up and making some weird noise, haha.
@@digthatbeep Things are nuts! We have crickets that can be loud during mating season. But only last like 48 hours and they quiet down. That's he in N. California. Wish we had lightning bugs out here though. I have never seen one of the up close except on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland! Lol and those are just little lights.
Crazy you don't need the headphones to hear those quite deep targets only the manticore can find. I was so stupid for getting the Nox 900 now that the Manticore is on super sale.

try using enhanced simple audio it makes all targets sound like there an inch down. Thats why you are barely hearing the deep targets.

I'm starting a channel and I'm tagging you guys and I'm getting so much shit in return that all you guys find is sliver coins and i watched this vid and that's all you found you really need to show other diggs Mike my friends are calling me fake because i tag you and with this vid i almost don't want to believe because every dig is silver Mike plz i don't believe you guys are fake but every find its silver every one is silver plz prove me wrong i want to believe you guys but every vid every find its silver
People in my circle are calling you guys fake and i fight to believe your not but when every dig is a silver coin i can't see it i live in northern mass and i have only found one silver dime a42 Merc granted this is my first full season detecting but i bet not every signal is a silver dime but you make it look that way
@@bigedkc You must not watch till the end of the videos when they show all the coins (silver or NOT). Also they show the relics and even the TRASH they clean up from the sites. Who wants to watch anybody dig TRASH. I know I like the videos that get down to the exciting part (SILVER, GOLD etc.) . Maybe your friends are .....never mind.
